They’re the worst you’ll ever come across

I placed and order since the past two weeks which was said to be delivered in 3-4 days

They told me they opened another order for me then sent me a tracking number, They kept refunding me saying due to the delay until they refunded my whole payment and promised me I’ll still receive the order

Behold I’ve been tracking this package and it was said to be delivered today. Then suddenly I got a mail that my package has been received. But I wasn’t the one who received it I’m so confused

This people are useless, If you’re trying to use them now please do not ever try them

Stay away from Jiffy

Ordered DTF transfers. Obviously quality control was off that day. Arrived with letters missing from the design. Contacted customer service and was told oh well, we’ll refund your money and you can reorder. Needed design for an order for a family leaving on vacation. Wouldn’t even overnight even though it was their fault. Have had minor issues in past with shirts having holes or ripped. I can deal with that. No reason I should lose a customer because they screw up and won’t make it right. Last time I will ever order from them

BUYER BEWARE They stole $439

They are great until you need customer service. This used to be my go-to for shirts until my last order.
I ordered close to $1500 in tee shirts and when they arrived 101 of them were the wrong size. I reached out to jiffy and after a frustrating conversation with a bot asking if I could exchange them was prompted to open a work ticket. I did so and waited. And waited. The next morning after no reply, I put in for a return of the 101 shirts. And waited for a return label. The next morning I was emailed a return label, followed by an email from someone that said:
'We apologize for the delay in our response due to a high volume of requests and appreciate your patience.

We do not do direct exchanges, but I can certainly help with a return. I see you have entered the return - please proceed with sending those back, as we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. I advise you to place a new order for the correct size you need.' So Jiffy's solution was to give them more money. Great.
I boxed the shirts up, dropped them off at UPS and watched it take nearly a week to get to jiffy. I guess they selected the cheapest option, as I have never seen anything take that long, but I digress.
I watched and waited for nearly 5 days with no status update on my return. I reached out again to check the status of my return and put in for a work ticket, and waited some more.
Finally, I received an email from Anastasii saying they issued a refund to my payment method. I check the Jiffy app and see I have a store credit for the refund amount. I reach out again VIA email telling them I'll accept the store credit and use it but afterwards we were parting ways. They have since removed the credit and stopped responding to me.

Communication is lacking. I’m going to find another vendor. I wish transfer express wasn’t so expensive. I’ll try ninja next.

Jiffy sent over $1600 in blanks and…

Jiffy sent over $1600 in blanks and transfers to the wrong address. I’ve tried reaching out all day with no reply and filed more than one case. This has been beyond stressful! A customer service phone number would be great in times like this.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. I ordered 3 shirts costings me $41 with shipping, about $10 each for the shirts. They sent them to me with the background removed. I uploaded the file properly and selected for them to not remove anything and yes the file was formatted properly. They refunded me $11, which makes no sense? There is no way to live chat with an actual human and my attempts at submitting tickets is getting me no where. Absolutely terrible company service. They even tried to blame me for their mistake. Never again.

Fast, efficient experts just a tap away

I have used Jiffy on three occasions in the last month and have been thoroughly pleased. Response time was excellent, work performed to perfection, and same day. The last occasion was an emergency and our person was terrific.
You need the app NOW as appliance breakdowns and leaks happen far to often. Real peace of mind having this on hand whenever you need it. Recommend for sure.

I ordered $280 worth of DTF Transfers…

I ordered $280 worth of DTF Transfers with the background removed. The back ground was not removed completely making all the transfers useless. I have followed their instructions on submitting a problem with an order and sent a few emails but have not received any communication. It has been 4 days. I requested a call back from their customer service answering "machine" and also have not received a response. I will NEVER order from this company or any other company that does not have a Customer Service number with live people answering. I re-ordered the transfers through Ninja Transfers as they have amazing customer service!

Bad experience

I ordered custom transfers with no background for next day shipping. Shipping was delayed. When the items came they had the background. Contacted customer service through chat and email. The chat is useless as it continues to send you to FAQs and tells you to send an email. For the company to be 24hour operation, the response time is terrible.

Orderd UV decals

Orderd UV decals, when applying them the decal cracked and ripped in a few areas. I had purchased from here about 6 months ago and did not have this problem. The product material is very brittle and cheap. For the price I paid they should have better products. Stop buying cheap from china just to make more profit!!!!

I ordered 5 shirts as a test order…

I ordered 5 shirts as a test order. Everything on the site (jiffy shirts.com) screams fast shipping.
Well, I ordered on 1/13/25 and as of today (1/23/25) they still have not shipped. Multiple chats state that it’s an anomaly and they’re very sorry. But at this point shouldn’t they just start a new order because clearly there’s something locked up on this first order.
I’m just surprised that it’s taking this long. This was my first order with this company as a test and it has not gone well at all.
So just honest feedback and hopefully it’s the only bad experience that I will face but I thought others should know that it’s not all roses and 72° with this company all the time.
For full transparency, they did refund $10 of the order which is a very nice gesture, but I was happy paying full price and receiving the shirts on the date estimated. Which at this point that date has slipped for separate times…

Never Again! Two Bad Experiences In a Row

My last two orders have been bad. The order before last came bent and not full color. The sizing was off from what I ordered. I decided to give them one more try and they did not disappoint, to disappoint me. This order the sizing was way off on four of my prints. I had to go back and correct this myself and alter my customer's order. What used to take 48 hours for my order to arrive now takes five days or more. Customer service is horrible and refuses to make my orders correct. Now you cannot just ask them to print your size needed, they hae default sizes that cannot be altered. I was able to by UV DTF stickers as few as one and now I have to buy 10 when I do not need 10 at a time. The pricing has gone up. It is almost more affordable to finance a DTF printer and oven. The price of Tshirt are more expensive than Hobby Lobby and Michaels. Such a let down. This company has lost it's mind thinking running a business like this is acceptable. I am now looking for another company to print my DTF. Jiffy.com get your act together!

I used to love this store

I used to love this store. Then it started going too much and nothing stays in stock when I need it. I can’t run a business this way. This website and customer service have gone way down.

Fantastic Experience

On January 7th 2025, I ordered 4 shirts of various sizes and styles in hopes of finding a good fit. My order was delivered the next day via UPS.

After trying on the apparel, I ended up keeping 2 of the 4 items purchased. I inquired about returning the remaining 2 items as Jiffy offers no hassle returns within 100 days of purchase. Jiffy replied immediately to my email, not only stating that I would be receiving a refund within 24-72hrs, but also informing me that I could keep the shirts that did not fit and simply donate them instead! While I understand it would most likely cost Jiffy more to return the items rather than allow the customer to keep them, this gesture speaks volumes.
I followed up by creating an account with Jiffy and ordered another 7 items in my preferred style.

I would highly recommend this site/company!

Ordered three shirts and a week after ordered there was even shipment yet. Contacted them three times and they finally cancelled my order that I still needed. Horrible. Just shop somewhere else.

I placed a small order for uniform Dri Fit shirts only to receive regular t-shirts. I've tried to do a return to find out that these items were non-refundable. A waste of time, material and money with no one to speak with on this small matter. Can someone point me in the right direction?
