Broken Ninebot Segway Max G30 replacement part.
Kickmotion had a crucial part in stock and competitively priced. Had to buy the entire folding assembly rather than an individual part but that is probably down to Segway marketing.
Ordered the part and it was delivered promptly. 10 minutes after receiving the part my scooter was safe to ride again thanks to the prompt action from Kickmotion.
Much better service than from Ninebot Segway UK. Two weeks later and Segway have still not resolved the issue or given me an update.
Good to know that in the future, I can go straight to Kickmotion for parts and assistance.
A good way to run a business.

Seriously satisfied.
Absolutaly amazing, the Ninebot MAX G30 I bought is a superb build quality and great fun to be on, it makes my commute to work much more entertaining/efficient, I’ve been a petrol head my whole life but after one week of using the scooter it’s clear this is the future of commuting. On top of that KickMotion have been spot on at replying to my emails and making sure i got the product ASAP and in top condition. Normally I’m very wary of online shopping but I would definitely purchase again from them.
One very satisfied customer.
