The business loan offered ticked all the boxes for affordability, competitive rate and flexibility to repay early. The onboarding process was particularly straight forward both in terms of documentation required pre-quotation and subsequent checks and forms to be filled for release of the funds. We needed both a quick decision and a quick turnaround for access to the funds and Market Finance excelled at both.

At last a bank that assesses our credit risk as an individual applicant with the merits of our case based on the financial facts of the business and herd mentality or ivory tower algorithms (or both). ~This is supporting a small but fast growing business just when it needs it and as global supply chain logistics require us to treble our stock holding - BUT the directors have ultimately guaranteed the loan so the risk to bank is ultimately appropriate for debt funding , but still not good enough for my existing bank who have excellent front line personnel but sadly not matched by back office decision-making process . Market finance delivers the service a traditional bank manager used to provide but with reduced paper work and process. I would be pleased to recommend the service of Market Finance to others

Straightforward application and delivery of business loan to facilitate extra stocking due to fast rising commodity prices , the saving and price protection far outweigh loan costs .
Businesses are going to need to be creative and receive creative support in current climate .

Laura Neary has been extremely helpful and promptly responding to requests, working with me to reach an acceptable conclusion in order that an invoice could be traded.
We have been working with Market Finance for a few years now and have been trusted customers during that time. As we have not needed to use the invoicing facility for some time and our account therefore dormant, the process to then put a trade on during this month seemed long winded, unnecessary and extremely over the top for long term customers. The risk team were not helpful at all, or communicate directly with me, or look our case on it's own merits, but appeared to be working through a computer tick list. This process was extremely stressful at a time when we needed to use the invoicing facility in order to assist with an immediate and short term cashflow issue which was, in our opinion, not of an excessive amount or anywhere near our funding limit. Previous communications and dealings with Market Finance have not been in this such manner.
Laura however was able to work with us and her support has been very much appreciated.

Had high hopes for MF but the poor customer service is disgusting, they dont support you in anyway, the team underneath the Account Manager work much better, but the Account Manager is useless and never helps with queries, just passes it on to others. I wouldn't recommend

Josephine was extremely helpful, our query was dealt with quickly. I called as well as this was urgent to go through and she explained everything to me very well. I would only say, and this happens a lot with our payroll company, press reply to all please!! Other than that, all good thanks.
