Used the website to compare products, made my choice from a wide range and it arrived in three days. I've always used Crutchfield to get good quality audio/stereo components for a fair price. They don't sell substandard items, have detailed installation information and always supply support if there are questions. And you can be assured that if something does not work out, they will take it back with no hassle. A good customer experience is why they have been in business for so long.
