Always delivers quality service

Honestly, I don't know what I would do without this app. I'm super happy with the service and the consistency of getting the grass cut on time. Thank you so much

When my husband and I bought our new home in Marysville, OH and moved in early July, we had a lot of stuff going on and knew we would be too busy to work on mowing our lawn. When I found LawnStarter, I was excited that this service was available. We were fortunate to have people from The Grass Gurus and Haywood's Lawn Care mow our lawn 3 times between June 30 and July 27 and they did a great job! I highly recommend anyone who needs help with their lawn to try LawnStarter...you won't be disappointed! While my husband and I are ready to start taking care of our own lawn, we will definitely plan to use LawnStarter again as needed.

While the service did get delayed due to natural causes, when it was completed it was done properly. The grass was perfectly cut, edged, and trimmed where it needed to be. Overall, it was a great experience as usual!

DARK UX site. They hide cancelation and rescheduling options purposefully. Tack on extra services without telling you and make it impossible to delete your account without downloading their app. Intentional choices made to trap users and to strip more money off them. I would have kept the app and used it if not for this.

This is a pretty awful platform. I didn't have too much experience outsourcing yard care. I've always done it myself. This company came up in searches so I figured, why not? The price is cheap and what could go wrong?

The first service was great! The pros came and did an excellent job. The next one was a no show. The reschedule was a no show. And finally the next one was a no show. At this point it's a week overdue.

I decided to cancel and of course there's no obvious customer service number. I had to go through this horrid AI chat tree, wait for a real person to chat with, be jerked around multiple times, and then finally after 30 minutes of sitting on a chat got my service cancelled. Not cool.

Look, you get what you pay for. If you're looking for consistency in terms of scheduling and quality, look elsewhere my friends.

Would leave 0* if I could. I've been through a succession of 4 lawn pros to get my lawn mowed and they can't schedule it in a timely fashion. I wanted a mow every 2 weeks. I'm going on 3 1/2 weeks without a mow and i've been through 3 (three) services to get it not mowed. Atrocious. These people have no idea what they're doing. Non-performance of service and am considering a law suit at this point.

Addendum: anybody considering using these guys should check the BBB file on them. i just did so. there is a long littany of prior complaints against them, and reflecting a pattern consistent with my experience above. The BBB is on their SECOND letter of concern sent to these guys. There is a big BBB advisory on these guys at the top of the main page for their listing. I only wish i'd seen it sooner.

It's clear this trustpilot composite review for them has been manipulated and does not reflect the true experience of a customer with the firm. Maybe they are paying people for sham reviews. I have addressed this issue with trustpilot and referred them to the BBB advisory. At the least there should be a note of this on the top of this trustpilot listing so poor saps like me won't try using them on the basis of the trustpilot 4.6* review. Also, I think trustpilot needs to be more careful.

I have been impress with the professionalism and friendliness of your employees. They keep in contact concerning my lawn care. I know when they are coming and they always do a good job. I highly recommend this company and the many services they offer.

My Lawn Pro did an amazing job. He even continued as it began pouring rain.

easy rescheduling and contacting pro for updates. Wish the messaging was more real time, seems to have an unusual delay in corresponding.

The lawnStarter service provider always does an amazing job. Their lawn mowing is precise, and my yard looks fantastic every time. The team’s positive attitude towards customers is highly commendable. Their prices are also very fair.

This service used to be reliable but recently I’ve been stuck in a never ending loop of “your pro is changing” and they still have yet to find anyone to mow my lawn. It’s getting too long and I’m at my wits end with this service. Customer service is unhelpful because the only reply I can get out of them is “I’m sorry you’re frustrated, we’re working on it” are you though??? I’m at the point where I’m going to have to go buy a mower because I can’t rely on them at all. They can also pay for it since I sure don’t have the money to buy one.

Scheduled in appointment a few times in they keep cancelling I’ve used this service for years and once Joe stop being my assigned associate this went to complete crap I would never recommend as they are unprofessional and clearly have taken several steps back

Johnny does a great job and I hope he can do my lawn for many more years. I know he takes great pride in his work and you can tell because the yard looks great and I wish I could afford for him to trim my hedges but I can’t I have to do them myself. Thank you for having such a great employee and thank you for having him do yard!!
