Horrible experience. No shows and incomplete service on multiple occasions.

Johnny is so thoughtful and thorough, pays attention to detail and makes suggestions on keeping my yard looking good.

They show up on the day they promise.
Do a good job and very reasonable.
It's also very convenient.

The people who cut the grass for LawnStarter are amateurs and not 'PROS', they perform shabby work. It is nearly impossible to cancel your account with their burdensome app navigation. Once I gave them my credit card number hidden charges were placed on the card, which were not authorised. Use them at your own risk.

This online company really does a good job. The website is fairly easy to navigate and their policies / billings are straightforward. The individual service providers have been great.

Have been using lawnstarter for about a year and had to pause my service for a bit due to drought... they were fantastic in response then when i was ready to start again they sent out a new pro they did not do a good job so they sent another they did a wonderful job first time i loved there service

Stay away from Lawnstarter (aka Lawnlove) if you are looking for dependable, professional lawn care.

Equipment problems can happen, but repeated last-minute cancellations, unexplained schedule changes, and poor communication are not professional service.

On multiple occasions, the so-called “pros” waited until after sunset to report that they were not coming because of supposed “equipment issues.” By that point, we had already spent the entire day expecting the service to be completed. There was no timely warning, no real explanation, and no respect for our time.

We have also had scheduled service dates changed without anyone discussing it with us first. The appointments simply got moved as though a customer’s schedule does not matter.

A company marketing itself as a lawn service provider should not require customers to constantly wonder whether anyone will show up, or find out at the end of the day that the job was never going to happen.

Quick and easy way to find someone to do yardwork. I have been using it for 2 years now and my yard looks great without having to think about it

Zero protection for independent providers. I accepted a heavily overgrown yard (3.5 feet tall) on a steep, rutted hill. I completed the massive manual labor required, and LawnStarter support formally reviewed my photos and approved the long-grass fee. Yet, when the client left a retaliatory 1-star review out of spite for the approved fee, frontline support refused to help. Their automated algorithm instantly tanks new providers for a fee the platform itself deemed valid. Do not risk your business or your hard labor on a platform that won't stand behind its own data.

The crew has been very good. Professional and efficient! The work has been done to my satisfaction! I would recommend them to anyone!

Your pro ruined my lawn a guy hired by lawnstarters from the company Alexander Lawn Care.. I was sleeping I jumped up asked what the hell he said he didn't know that the grade was different inside these hoa communities he turned my entire lawn into Texas (he had the blade to the floor)
