I only gave one star because you can't give zero....but no stars would be a more accurate. LRPM are difficult to contact as do not respond to email or phone. We have organised work ourselves because they are so useless. Avoid at all cost !!!

Awful company. Absolutely impossible to get them to do anything. Never respond to emails, telephone calls or written communications. Employ awful workmen, maybe as they don't pay on time and the better ones won't work for them. No accounts given to owners. Untruthful, sharks and take our money whilst providing zero service. Closing down their offices and a lot of the ones they say they have are phone numbers only. About time the government stepped up and regulated this type of agency. DO NOT USE AS YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT.

This is without question the worst block management company we’ve ever encountered. The MD ignored every email and call, showing complete contempt for residents. They treat clients as cash cows while delivering nothing in return.

They wasted our money on incompetent contractors who failed to fix a leaking roof (three times), locked us into an extortionate five-year electricity contract, and paid £3,500 for a survey that was worth about £200. When challenged, they recovered a token £500 — proof of their weak oversight and disregard for our funds.

They commingle client money instead of keeping proper accounts, charge project management fees while barely visiting the property, and even take their entire annual fee upfront against the contract terms. When they terminated our contract, they shamelessly withheld £2,000 for “expenses” they had months to sort out.

Dishonest, incompetent, and exploitative — LRPM should not be trusted with anyone’s property or money.
