As soon as I made my order, I received an email from luxskin asking me to write a review on their products ( I hadn't even received them yet because I literally just ordered the items!!). They were attempting to bribe me with "a chance to get my entire order refunded" if I gave a good review. That was the 1st RED FLAG! After waiting several weeks for the products, I finally received them. Once I opened the box, I noticed that in fact there are no needles in the "roller head", but instead cheap copper wires! How in the hell are you supposed to "penetrate" the skin on your face to get this so called "antiaging serum" in your skin with this bullshit??!! Needless to say, I tried it one time and saw the damage it caused to my skin. Not at all because of an "allergic reaction" from their bogus "antiaging serum" but because of the cheap bullshit wires dragging on my face! PLEASE!! DO NOT PUT THIS SHIT ON YOUR FACE AND DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO WHATEVER IN THE HELL THAT FLUID IS!! PLEASE! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PRODUCTS AND ALL OF THE COMPANIES ON FACEBOOK OFFERING THIS SCAM OF A PRODUCT! THEY ARE ALL THE EXACT SAME PEOPLE SELLING THE SAME BOGUS SHIT!!!

At first I thought everything was good. I have placed 3 orders with them. My mirror was cheap rubbish, but I accepted it. However, I purchased the LED Sonic Cleansing Brush, and it has started playing up after 1 week of use. I have looked after it, contacted Lux, and they have ignored me. I have since looked at other reviews here and am sorry I didn't look this up first. I will be contacting the ACCC too. This is disgusting customer service and they're ripping us off. I wanted a replacement because I really like the machine, they're obviously happy to take your money and not respond when things have gone wrong. I would have kept supporting them because I love the serum and told them so. Not now. I'm going on Facebook too and Google reviews to spread this. They don't deserve business, and I believe everyone deserves a go. Especially if they're not the huge conglomerates. Very disappointing!!

Don't waste your money. "Serum" doesn't pull through properly. One head for three tubs? Needles were blunt after first go. Made no difference whatsoever. What a waste

I use their products on weekly basis. I can't use other company products but their product is overall good to use. It matches my skin type. But it’s a hassle to find their original product on local shop.

Really bad service, cancelled multiple times. Not sure if they are a legit salon but would be very cautious booking in with this place. The use a marketing team to promote their salon but cant manage to get you in. Its a very disorganised outfit - be very wary using them.. not sure their products are legit either!

I ordered a product the face lift, with a free product that was on discount, on the beggining of february.

After 2 weeks I received the notification that the product is going back to the origin facility, and since then I'm trying to contact them to try to deliver again or getting a reimbursement, without any sucesss. I was scammed.

I ordered this product as I was sent the wrong product last time and noone helped me ..so now I've had to order twice miss out on the extras I could get if I did want two boxes . customer service did not help at all. Disappointed

Original parcel missing things and broken other things, extremely painful support process advised early Jan would replace.. here is March and still waiting.

This is my second purchase. The first time I bought a 6 week supply, no results so I bought the 12 and I have never missed a treatment. There is absolutely no difference or improvement. Not fine lines, not scarring, not skin tone. Absolute waste of money and time

Shocking customer service.send two emails two weeks on and no reply.
The micro needles is so bad I had spot and dry skin for a couple of days.

I would give them negative points. It's been 6 weeks since I placed my order. Their customer service is ridiculous. Neither they are delivering my product nor giving a refund. I have sent them messages on Instagram as well but no response.
