Located Australia, paid for a nintendo switch skin on the 1st of May, its currently the 21st of May now. Completely forgot I even paid for this, as there is a huge lack or communication on their end. Just had a look at my email and turns out they have some stupid option in the shipping area of the transaction. Never once seen any company provide you a shipping option like such, They have it labelled as Free shipping in the cart, its automatically selected unless you choose the express shipping option for $14. As for the free shipping you automatically assume that you have put enough things in your cart for it to show as FREE, but no that free option is a scam, it has no tracking, no way of knowing wether or not your order was actually shipped other than the supposed email from them telling you they sent out your parcel, but as the free shipping is advertised as 5-10 days then how come 21 days later I have no parcel and no way of accessing tracking?? This company is a scam, do not buy from it you will loose your money and forget that you even spent money on this due to the minimal communication you will receive from them.

Terrible shipping details! AUS based but item never delivered within the promised 5-10days! Its almost a month since I placed the order and nothing arrived!!!!! Will never recommend to anyone!!

I bought three items from here.
And after looking that it was a scam I was a little nervous that I wouldn’t receive it. But I just received my items today after a month being that it came from Australia!
I’m super happy with my items.

Over charged me, when I asked to cancel they said they were already processing the order, but I could sent it back (of course paying for shipping out of my own pocket)

Scam. Never came, reached out to their email support and was ignored.

DONT USE this website. I feel like I got scammed using them. It takes them a month to send the item to you and then the actual item is pretty much garbage. I got the matcha green color and it looked closer to a grey with green tint, not like the pictures. Also it is nearly impossible to actually put the skin on, it folds easily and then becomes unusable. Also it looks cheap too. Don't waste your money. I asked for a refund, I dont think I will be getting it either. Just avoid

I purchased a kindle skin for $64 - NEVER arrived. They do not give you tracking. They only offer to send it again (untracked of course) and deny your right to a refund. I have filed a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. Very rude customer service - cookie cutter responses. They are a SCAM!

My skin never arrived, it's been 2 months. They're ignoring my emails and support messages. My debit card company gave me a chargeback because they had evidence of non-delivery.

Stay Away and save your money. If you buy from this company they will send you something that is just a piece of shit. I send it back to them and it came straight back. Facebook is also to blame for allowing such filth onto there platform. Special place in hell for such low lifes.

Placed an order early December 2025, never received any tracking info except an estimated delivery time of early January. Never received the order, I reached out and was told the shipping was delayed and it could be an additional few weeks to receive. I again never received anything and now they are refusing to refund me and just offering to send it again. I filed a dispute with my bank.

You will never receive order. Don't waste your money.

Ordered a Nintendo switch skin 30 days ago, says 5-10 days postage.
No tracking, no updates. They literally just take the money, they wont answer emails, doubt its even a real company with real products.

Ordered two skins. They did not arrive although a tracking number was provided and they said they had created a label. Will not answer emails

Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered an item on 15/12 and paid an extra $16 for express delivery to get here before Xmas. Parcel wasn't lodged until 19/12 and is still nowhere to be seen. It is now 29/12 and I have no response from the company despite sending multiple messages. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered and never got my product. Completed ghosted when trying to contact.

Submitted and paid for order on 7/30/2024. I realized it was out of the country and decided to cancel the order. Within the hour I sent them a chat on their website to cancel. The auto chat said someone would call or email. No one did. I followed up the next day with an email. The email auto response referred me to the website chat. This cycle continued for 2 months. My bank card was charged and no product and no cancelation for refund. Their customer service is non existent. Both Shop and Etsy should remove them from their service. Today I had to call my bank and dispute the charge. The only way I was able to get my money back.

Ordered September 6. Now September 19. Order hasent been sent, no customer service.
Just some scab running a scam.

Placed an order 19 December 2023 and I got the shipment confirmation email on December 22, 2023, I didn’t have tracking but it arrived in good time especially since it was during Christmas period.

Item was as described and I was quite happy with the price, item I received and the seamless transaction and will definitely recommend and will reorder from them soon.

I received my order but the product was terrible. It doesn’t wrap neatly around my switch or kindle. As soon as you encounter a bump or curve the wrap creases around the corner and doesnt feel nice to handle so i removed from all my devices as it looked so bad.
