Rude driver
Rude driver who refused to even help me load my stuff into his can, told me his car has leather chairs that are expensive. Didn't help again when I arrived to the destination he was just complaining tge whole time.

Cancelled without notification
I booked a Taxi using the Lynk Taxi App, I waited over 20 minutes for the driver to arrive, even though my home location is quite visible on the map on the Lynk Taxis App, the driver went to the wrong location twice.
2 mins away from pick up, and without notifying me he accepted the fair as if he had picked me up and then finished the fair charging me €2.42. Completely wasted my time and left me high and dry to find another taxi, in the process this made me late for my reservation.

Punctual, friendly driver
My taxi arrived on time, the driver checked with me where I was going and told me which route he would take and he was friendly and chatty which made the journey seem shorter.

Escorting patient to hospital appointment
The booking was quick and didn’t have to wait that long. Our trip was pleasant and we got 2 comfy and fancy taxis on both 2 different hospital appointments

Bad customer service!
I booked a wheelchair accessible taxi a week in advance because my daughter had a hospital appointment in Dublin.We had travelled from Carlow and stayed the night in Dublin as the appointment was an early appointment.I rang the company the night before to confirm the time we needed to be collected from the hotel.On the morning of the appointment the company rang me to confirm that the taxi was still needed.On the morning of the appointment the taxi arrived forty minutes late.Luckily i had rang the hospital to tell them we were going to be late.I am not familiar with Dublin taxi’s otherwise i would have rang another company.The only reason Lynx taxi’s is getting a two star rating from me is because the driver was a very nice person.
