Awful customer service
Awful customer service, think the replies are bots. Could not get refund, replies were far apart and didn’t answer my questions. Kept offering another deal. I eventually settled for 50% refund without returning to save post costs. Item no use to me doesn’t do as suggested. Impossible to leave review on their site. Delivery time was over 4 weeks. 2 stars because I got some money back, but bought before their 50% off sale!

Be careful when ordering from this company.
I ordered a bra at $9.95 with shipping at $4.95. At checkout I was offered another bra at $4.95 .
I didn't realise this was US prices.
I was charged almost $60 Aus
Two lots of shipping at $14.93 each.
I contacted them straight away and was told they would refund one of the shipping costs as a measure of goodwill.
They could not be responsible for what my bank charges.
Currency is currency the world over, so how do they justify the charges.
I have not received my packages yet, so I can't review the products but please just be aware when purchasing from this company.
To me it is a blatant rip off with no care from them.

To date I have still not received any response to my email or any sign of my parcel.
The refund I was promised has still not happened.

The first shaper I ordered did not fit. Magic Shaper worked with me in a dedicated to find a shaper that worked. They were timely and responsive. Great customer service.

Items not true to size…
I ordered 5 bras in size XXL and there is no way they are true to size. I literally wear an XXL in everything, and they are saying they will not refund my money.

Overall great product. Just one thing to note that this product is not US sizes. So make sure to read the size chart as that is accurate.

I ordered my items
I ordered my items, they took my money and have not bothered to reply to any of my emails! The phone number is not accepting calls! I put a message on the FB page also! I believe this company is a scam! I will be reaching out to the BBB to report this company for stealing money from customers and not sending products out!!!

I ordered what I thought would be my size. Unfortunately the items were far too large. However, I contacted magicshaper and they were amazing. Sending out new items that will fit. They were amazing to deal with from the very start. And shipping was expedient

Tummy control
Although the tummy control garment was not a perfect fit ( a bit too tight ) for me I have negotiated a $10 exchange and I can’t keep the original product. That is a very good deal.

An overseas company.
The product is the same as what you would find on Amazon. However Amazon is 1/3 of the price, ships immediately and the return policy is simple and not predatory. They are drawing out the return request in order to exceed the 30day return window and leave me stuck with a product that was misrepresented and I'll never wear. The end result- i paid over 50.00 that I'll never get back. This is an overseas company pretending to be based outta the US.
