The issue escalated unnecessarily and…

The issue escalated unnecessarily and eventually involved police procedures. My main concern is that I was placed in the middle of a dispute with the third-party vehicle provider, despite this being a matter that should have been handled directly between the company and its provider. I was given information by the company representative that did not align with what was being communicated to the third party, which created confusion and prolonged the situation. Throughout the process, I remained cooperative and transparent, but the overall handling of the matter caused significant inconvenience and stress.

The Best Experience

I’ve rented more than one car from them, and the experience was more than great. They were very friendly, and this is definitely my favorite place for all my rental requests.

Awesome helpful team

Awesome helpful team! I rented 3 vehicles from them on a single trip. It's very budget friendly. Cars are great for driving on Oman roads.

All perfect

Serious, Kind and good customer service mindset

I had an excellent experience with Mahd Car Rental in Muscat. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described.

Their responsiveness, kindness and communication was clear and very efficient, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable.

I highly recommend Mahd Car Rental to anyone visiting Oman and will definitely use their service again on my next trip.
