Medicover byl kiedys dobry. Teraz nalapali setki nowych umow i tysiace nowych klientow bez zwiekszania liczby lekarzy. Na rozmowe telefoniczna z lekarzem mozna sie umowic 10 dni do przodu. Na wizyte w centrum to naprawde trzeba miec szczescie aby sie udalo cos umowic. Placisz za opieke, a tak naprawde jej nie masz bo nie ma miejsc.

Umówienie się na wizytę we Wrocławiu to dramat.

Awful insurance. It's almost impossible to see any specialist except the general practitioner. For example, I have a dermatologist in my plan, but they're always fully booked. It's unclear what I'm paying for.

Bądźmy szczerzy - medicover to absolutna strata pieniędzy oraz czasu. Strona informuje o gwarantowanych terminach dostępu (SLA), ale nijak ma to się do rzeczywistości. Umówienie do endokrynologa? Brak terminu. Laryngolog? Brak terminu. Ortopeda? Termin za miesiąc jak się cudem trafi. USG? Brak terminów.

Oprócz tego (może ja tak trafiłem), ale neurolog na telepradzie to istny żart. Informujesz o problemie i zostajesz zbyty, bo a to musisz dostarczyć wyniki ze... zwykłej kontroli laryngologa na nfz, która miała miejsce ponad rok temu i to były zwykłe oględziny ucha albo zostajesz przekierowany do innego lekarza, ale skierowania nie dostajesz i bujaj się.

Mam abonament od prawie roku i skorzystałem raptem 3 razy, bo do niczego nie idzie się dostać. Co z tego, że dostajesz skierowanie, jak nie możesz się nawet dostać do podstawowego laryngologa... chyba tylko do internisty terminy działają jak powinny.

Kiedyś prywatna opieka medyczna miała jakikolwiek sens, ale teraz zaczyna działać jak służba zdrowia na NFZ. Płacisz, ale nigdzie się nie dostaniesz. Sprawdziłem nawet w tym momencie wizyty u laryngologa oraz endokrynologa w Poznaniu i co? "W wybranych kryteriach wizyty w Centrum Medicover zostały zarezerwowane przez innych pacjentów".

NAJLEPSZE NA SAM KONIEC
Żeby tego było mało, to na stronie medicover można PRYWATNIE zarezerwować wizytę do konkretnych lekarzy i co się okazuje? Wizyta do endokrynologa w Poznaniu jest dostępna już na 2 września - wystarczy tylko zapłacić :)

Cu tristețe va anunț ca nu as recomanda niciodată nimanui sa mai vina la Medicover. Atata lipsa de profesionalism, bataie de joc si inselaciune nu am trait niciodata. Detin un abonament medical la Medicover prin angajator. Am avut 2 situatii extrem de neplacute pana acum si absolut inacceptabile. Am venit la un consult medical deoarece am întâmpinat dureri de genunchi, medicul ortoped nu a vrut sub nici o forma sa imi prescrie niste investigatii sub pretextul ca sunt prea tanara sa am probleme serioase. Odata ajunsa la medicul de recuperare medicata am insistat din nou sa mi se faca niște investigatii, am fost trimisa la RMN, unde evident mi s-au gasit multe probleme. La programarea pentru RMN, am întrebat atat medicul care mi-a prescris tratamentul cat si operatorul din call center care vor fi costurile si daca trebuie sa achit ceva, mi s-a comunicat mereu ca nu, ca totul intra in abonament, dar in momentul efectuarii programarii mi se spune la recepție ca trebuie sa platesc jumătate din cost, este inacceptabil asa ceva. Apoi la procedurile de fizioterapie am întrebat doctorul si recepționera daca trebuie sa achit ceva, care vor fi costurile, din nou mi s-a spus ca totul este inclus in abonament cu nimic de plata. Mi s-a spus ca voi fi contactata pentru a stabili programarile, probabil persoana de la recepție nu avea timp si chef sa se ocupe atunci, mi s-a facut copie dupa fisa data de doctor, scrisa de mana, ceea ce mi se pare inapoiat in anul 2024 sa mai scri recomandări si prescripție de mana in loc sa fie in calculator, sa nu mai spun de amprenta asupra mediului si de birocratie, si mi s-a spus ca voi fi contactata in zilele următoare. Pe langa faptul ca timp de o luna nu m-a contactat nimeni, am dat 2 mailuri la receptie, telefonul furnizat pentru programare era mereu indisponibil, din call centre mi s-a spus ca ei nu ma pot ajuta cu programarea la fizioterapie si sa iau legatura cu receptia din Pipera, pentru ca doar acolo se mai face recuperare medicala pentru tot Bucureștiul, ceea ce din nou este incredibil de dezamagitor pentru un lant de clinici medicale atat de mare, in cele din urma a trebuit sa ma deplasez din nou fizic pana in Pipera pentru a face programarile, unde mi s-a spus ca nu a existat timp sa fiu contactata sau sa mi se răspundă la mailuri. Mi s-a facut programare doar la fizioterapie, unde am fost din nou asigurata ca nu vor fi costuri, desi aveam si kinetoterapie dar mi s-a spus ca pe acelea le facem cu alta ocazie cand mai vin. Cand am început fizioterapia am facut 3 zile consecutive in a 4 zi mi s-a spus ca sedintele incluse in abonament s-au terminat cu o zi in urma si chiar am de plata pentru ziua precedenta cat si pentru ziua curenta, asta dupa ce deja mi s-au facut si procedurile pentru ziua curenta. Asa ceva este inacceptabil, si bataie de joc fata de pacienți, in primul rand sa încep un tratament de durata, 10 sedinte, fara sa mi se comunice dinainte costul pe sedinta si costul total pentru a lua o decizie informata daca vreau sau nu sa continui, ba mai mult sa mi se ceara bani dupa ce am facut deja procedurile, asta mi se pare inselaciune si furt pe fata.

Płacę miesięczny abonament tylko po to, żeby nie móc się umówić do żadnego lekarza, bo wszystkie możliwe terminy są zarezerwowane. A gdy pojawi się jakiś nowy termin, to w minutę schodzi - nawet nie ma szans się zarejestrować do kogokolwiek.
Niekompetentna obsługa - mówią wszystko na odwrót. A jak się ich poprawi, to każą czekać, by mogli się doinformować z zakresu tematów swojej codziennej pracy, po czym przyznają rację, że faktycznie nie jest tak, jak mówili wcześniej.

A patient facility that makes a mistake in a patient's data and then forces that patient to pay for appointments that should be covered by the insurance the patient is actually PAYING FOR because of their mistake is nothing short of a disgrace, also from an ethical point of view.
The Medicover employee was sitting in front of me, looking at a profile with my full name and passport number but a mistake in my data that showed I was fully insured, telling me I had to pay for my appointments. Outrageous.

Medicover to najgorsza mozliwa firma ubezpieczeniowa w Polsce, kategorycznie odradzam każdemu! Najgorsza oferta pośród innych firm, bardzo długie terminy do specjalistów i lekarze robią wielkie problemy, żeby przypisac nawet suplementy. Wszystko jest specjalnie utrudnione, żeby ludzie nie korzystali, żeby Medicover miał czysty zysk. Absolutne oszustwo i kpina, a nie ubezpieczenie!

OSZUŚCI. Nie polecam! Firma nierzetelna, niekompetentna. Zrobiłam u nich badanie, zapłaciłam za nie a wyniku badań nigdy od nich nie dostałam. Oszuści i tyle. Dzwoniłam już kilka razy na infolinię ale niestety nie potrafią wysłać mi wyniku, to przerasta ich możliwości. Pieniędzy za badanie nie oddali, na reklamacje też 0 reakcji. Firma=porazka. W dodatku drożej niż u konkurencji

Unfortunate Experience with Medicover Szczecin

I urgently require surgery, but Medicover instructed me to schedule an appointment with a general doctor first. Despite seven phone calls over two weeks, I still haven’t secured a general doctor appointment. Although I eventually received a referral, Medicover misplaced it. Now, after two weeks, I’m still waiting for that crucial appointment. Additionally, I want to caution all customers: Medicover Szczecin appears to share private data (including names and PESEL numbers) with other doctors in the Szczecin area. Please exercise caution.

Horrible hospital, never recommend

Complete waste of 1350zl. Trying to get a refund for this crap and find a better medical service.

On their site, the mammography can be free (if one has a referral from a specialist doctor). If you call them, you learn that is not at all the case.

Po pierwsze: bardzo niemiła obsługa przez infolinię.
Po drugie: słaba dostępność lekarzy specjalistów.
Po trzecie: obsługa sytuacji typu "autoryzacja skierowania na badanie wystawionego przez lekarza spoza Medicover" jest drogą przez mękę.
Medicover zrobi wszystko, żeby tego nie zrobić lub opóźnić, rzucają na każdym kroku kłody pod nogi. Biorąc pod uwagę fakt, że co miesiąc płacę za tę opiekę poprzez ubezpieczenie pracodawcy - 🤯

Incredibly incompetent administration. Most GPs will gaslight you rather than deal with a situation. Couldn't advise any more strongly against them.

That's not the same Medicover years back, seems lots of things changed, customer satisfaction on the ground as you can see the number of complains and reviews all over internet, impossible to arrange a visit to doctors through their app , it even does not allow to see future available dates (here I'm referring any visit in the next 2-3 weeks horizon even ), it just says call the hotline number. Hotline number... that's completely another level of experience , almost horrible , long waiting on the line and if you're in your lucky day , you can speak with someone reasonable, if not then having conversation with inexperienced person will make you more frustated. I sincerely do not see any light for the future for Medicover , it's a pity .

Poor service, I had a flu and headache on Sunday & Monday and I couldn’t go to work ,I tried to call Medicover on Sunday there was no service,my boss asked me to call back medicover to get sick leave and I was able to speak to the doctor but the Doctor denied to offer sick leave for Sunday because it’s a previous day I have to make face to face appointments why are you doing that? What is the difference just waste time you want to spread covid with no reason that’s weird

1. There are significant technical problems. I could not get a doctor's appointment because my insurance had not been activated automatically. It took them a week to activate the insurance that I purchased a month ago.
2. Horrible onboarding. After purchasing insurance, you cannot simply log into your account. You have togo to a branch and get a login and password. If you are lucky like me, you have to wait for activation.
3. Dishonest and unethical marketing. When you buy an insurance you will not notice that they give you trimmed schedule and small list of doctors. As I write this review, I can only see one specialist in my account who is available in 3 weeks, but on Medistore there are many doctors available for tomorrow and beyond. You just have to pay extra, but with a funny discount of 5%.

Is it fair enough to wait for the doctor in call around 2 hours !!!!!! What kinda service is this !!.. What if a person died during the call on connecting to doctors!!!! HUH !! Such a pathetic , need to wait for 2 hours to get a doctor in call!!!!!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! HAARRRAAASSSSMEEEENT!!! Whenever I call , it says "ALL DOCTORS ARE BUSY AT THE MOMENT , PLEASE HOLD THE LINE!!!!!" Come on ! who has whole day to talk to you guys!!!!!!! EVEN THE DOCTOR IS RUDE..... really ! this kinda service you give!!
