Very good supplement. Definitely helping with perimenopausal symptoms.

Third month of taking Meno8 and while still experiencing symptoms such as night sweats, itchiness etc they are definitely improved and more bearable. Most importantly the horrendous mood swings are less severe so my husband sends his thanks !

I'm on month 2 of taking Meno8. My hot flushes/night flushes have reduced considerably. I'm feeling more me now and sleeping better. I would definitely recommend trying these.

This is a fantastic product, I've been using it about 2 months now and my hot flushes and night sweats have completely gone, it only took about 2/3 days to start working. Would not be without it to help me through this 'challenging' time. I take my tablets with food in the afternoon. Thank you for creating something that actually works through this Menopause minefield. The packaging is even discreet and the envelope it arrives in through the post does not relate to the product, which is great as no one wants the postman to know their going through menopause!

I love these supplements. The only ones I’ve found that actually have enough of everything a menopausal woman actually needs. Not hot flushes or night sweats since I started. It’s a win for me! I’ve recommended them to all my friends. I think having them made by an actual menopause dr is the key to them actually working.

Since taking meno8 I have noticed an improvement in my hair and nails as well as energy levels.
I like that it comes in a capsule, much easier to take than a tablet.
