Do not give Mokaloha your business. This is not a quality product. It is falsely advertised as a clothing brand that began out of a pure desire to create the best hawaiian shirts rooted in adventure, art and boundless exploration. The product that will actually arrives are the worst quality garments you could possible imagine that is actually from a fake company out of China. The actual products are reminiscent of what park districts and grade schools give their sports players for basketball and soccer uniforms. When you try to return the product, a rep named Kyle will tell you that he will give you a refund only if you go to their pages and leave a five star review. So essentially, they’ll just blackmail you to keep your mouth shut. Do not buy anything from this brand. And if you did, attempt to return and get a refund. If that doesn’t work, then dispute the charge to get your money back.

Your shirts are a good weight cotton and are very comfortable and good looking. I get complements on them.

They do tend to fray at the neck and sleeves a lot faster than other t-shirts. Drying on a lower temperature helps but does not eliminate the problem.

I was looking for a shirt like the one I purchased. If I like the fit, I will return to purchase another in a different color. I would like to know how long it will take to get to me. Please let me know. Thank you!

Waited three weeks. Terrible service terrible product. I buy 3XL shirts all the time. These are barely large, and certainly not 2XL. These are cheap knock-offs made in China, but the prices are outrageous.

Size doesn't fit. Charge for return postage, only offered 20% of return cost, and then will charge for postage again to get new shipment.

Great customer service! I needed to change the size on my order (from L to XL), so I sent an email to customer service requesting the change. I was afraid that it might have been too late, and it would ship without the change. The very next morning I got a very nice email stating they made the change in time before it shipped. Nice work Mokaloha!

Horrible quality and vast differences between advertised products and what was eventually delivered (took roughly 3 weeks). For instance, an ordered shirt, advertised and pictured as stone-washed cotton, feels entirely synthetic—so much so that the fabric tag had been ripped off the shirt (perhaps to make it less obvious).

When I told them I wanted a full refund, they quoted their return policy that requires customers paying for return postage—which seemed absurd even before realizing their return address is China! They’ve offered to refund 30% and let me keep the clothing. But this stuff is such poor quality I won’t wear it so I’m insisting on a full refund—and will continue to report reviews until they do what’s right: return my money and they can have this crappy stuff.

The shirts are terrible quality. The company doesn't understand when you want to return items for a refund as opposed to exchanges. The shirts delivered were totally different than what was advertised. The brand is not on the items nor is there any paperwork accompanying the items.
