I would like to review the product but it has been almost two weeks since they processed my order and still have no idea when I am going to receive the shirts.

Website is easy to navigate. Prices are fair. Quality is excellent as are the selections. Have purchased at least 12-15 shirts and have never been disappointed. The quality is very good. I have had shirts for years and they still look great. My only improvement would be delivery time. It takes 2-4 weeks for my order to arrive. But, I know this so it is not a concern.

Easy website to use and the payment process was easy

I am with the people who say beware. First warning sign was that the shipment came from China, which could be fine but takes a very long time. When the shirts finally arrived that were supposed to be 100% cotton as written in the description showed up as some other material I can't even identify. When requesting a refund for a product that is not at all what the description says, their customer service offered only a 30% refund. I could care less how easy the website is to use when the product shipped is not what was ordered and a return or refund is not possible.

This is the first time purchase for us--hard to judge the quality and service until we see the product in our hands and see how they fit.

The website was informative and easy to navigate, this made the selection process through yo checkout very easy.

I liked the different fabric and designs, especially all the different color options for the same design and fabric. I will definitely keep that in mind when I order my next pair of shorts. The only disappointing issue would be is that they appear to be made in China and for that I have my reservations about ordering again.

Very good website. Easy to navigate. Attractive clothing items. Prompt confirmatory email with order number. Seems like it’s taking a tad long to ship though.

So far my experience was great as far as ordering product. I hope I can keep this 5 star after getting my order in a timely matter and getting quality products. Giving company a chance even after some negative reviews

Easy to navigate through the prompts and clear indicators of color and sizes.

Can’t even begin to express how totally unhappy I am with this Company. From false and deceptive advertising to poor poor quality…ordered shirts, what was delivered not even close to what was displayed . Sloppy fit poor quality of material, hangs half way to my knees. For $40/shirt they will be used as rags. I should have known from first contact they lied and misrepresented. Won’t contact them again…Very Very slow delivery!!

Products have not been recieved. Not even showing a shipping status. Men's Hawiian shorts.

I ordered three t-shirt which claimed to be cotton, when I received my order, the label inside the t-shirt said polyester. I contacted Mokaloha for a refund, I received a response saying, they were sorry to hear I was not satisfied with the product I had ordered and they would exchange the order for something else. I mentioned I would like a refund and where do I send these t-shirt. They won't refund my money but they keep saying they will exchange for something else. I made a different selection and was informed they didn't have the selection I was looking for so I made another selection and got the same response. This company won't refund my money and I'm stuck with t-shirts that I don't want.

Garbage communication.
Response email written like a 6-year-old without answering the primary question which is: what is your fulfillment policy?!!!!!
3 days and counting and no fulfillment.
Subpar relative to industry standards.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this garbage company who I now recognize, having researched, is rubbish on all counts including returns.
Also, understand your product will literally be shipped from China not the US. All in, over 2 weeks to receive product.

Easy to review and make choices.

I kept receiving discount codes and when I want to apply them, I got messages that said they weren't "stackable", whatever the hell that means. Why do you keep sending codes I can't use? Very frustrating.

Took forever to receive product. Quality was terrible and way too thin (see through). Khaki color was actually peach. I paid $10 shipping for 2 pairs of shorts and after I FINALLY received them I got told I would have to pay for the return shipping. I was specific in my return info. as they had requested and their email response was they would give me 20% off my next order and didn't have to return shorts we had. Then they said let us know.
I was very specific from the get go that I just wanted to return the product and get my money back, and would not shop from the website again, but here we go....
