the quality of the fuel tap is good however my mower servicer says it has the wrong thread. You haven't responded to my request for a replacement.

Ordered a battery-powered mower online. This was delivered within 3 days.
Dealt with a battery issue very well. Sent out a replacement same day and this arrived the next day with a pre-paid label to return the faulty battery.
