What I love most about Murci is how stylish, flattering and how aesthetically pleasing the individual items are. Price range is fantastic for the items themselves. Unique and always on trend. They are my first go to when I’m looking for a the perfect fit check for any occasion, leaving you feeling comfortable and confident. You can really tell attention has been put into the details and the overall aesthetic.
I will always recommend Murci for the chic, classy and stylish brand that they are!!

When the items arrived the quality was disappointing and the sizing inconsistent, so I contacted the company to arrange a return for the items I didn’t wish to keep.

What followed has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. Customer support has been dismissive and unhelpful, repeatedly insisting that because the items were “outlet” they will only offer store credit rather than a refund.

What makes this worse is that the information on their website is inconsistent. The refusal to refund outlet items is not stated across all pages relating to refunds and returns, including the materials provided at the time I attempted to return the items. This creates a misleading situation for customers and raises serious concerns about transparency.

Despite raising this clearly, the company has shown no willingness to address the issue properly. I have therefore had to escalate the matter, report the situation, and seek support from my bank and Trading Standards.

This entire experience has been shocking, unnecessarily stressful, and a complete waste of my time. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing to read their policies extremely carefully and be prepared for a difficult returns process if something goes wrong.

Have ordered from murci a few times and never disappointed once. material is always high quality and very body hugging. Sizes are always true to size and all the details are perfect.

Absolute disaster, if you are looking for good quality, you should not buy anymore! At first I was only sent one dress even though I had ordered two. Then with the first dress the seam went directly open and with the second much the golden metal detail off, I had to sew it temporarily and contacted the customer service. I didn't get any money back because I sewed it back on and it was worn (I only wore it once) and there is usually a guarantee.

I have just received three items from Murci. I was firstly very impressed with the delivery and how quickly my order arrived. The dresses and corset I ordered are beautiful! I feel amazing in them! Perfect sizing and, the material of all items feel great. The suede contour corset is made to perfection. I would highly recommend and I shall be ordering from Murci again!
