Terrible customer service - bought an item for my wife and was abroad for an extended period - month later, wanted to return unopened and unused in original packaging and was told not possible with no support or exchange option despite item still being listed on website for sale at full price. Will not buy again

Ordered the Jagger Lace Playsuit from Murci and I’m obsessed. I’m quite slim and don’t really have many curves, but the fit of this playsuit is so flattering it actually gives me shape and makes me feel really confident wearing it.

The lace detail is gorgeous and the quality feels great too. It’s one of those outfits you put on and instantly love. I’ll definitely be ordering from Murci again.

Fast delivery, beautiful quality

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this company.

I purchased a dress which unfortunately became faulty after the first wear. The corset structure completely misshaped, making the dress unwearable. This appears to be a clear quality issue with the construction of the garment.

I contacted customer service to explain the situation and request a return or replacement. However, they refused, stating that they cannot accept returns for items that have been worn. While I understand policies regarding worn items, this situation involves a faulty product, not a change of mind.

As someone who has previously run an online clothing store myself, I understand both retail operations and consumer rights, and it’s disappointing to see a company dismiss a genuine fault rather than attempt to resolve the issue fairly.

Unfortunately, the matter was closed by customer service without any resolution.

Based on this experience, I would advise potential customers to be cautious, as if an item develops a fault after wear, it appears the company may not take responsibility. I will be taking this matter further.

I’ve ordered from Murci a couple of times now and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I bought a jumpsuit and a dress, and both of them fit me perfectly. As someone who’s quite curvy and on the bigger side, it can sometimes be difficult to find clothes that fit well and still make you feel confident but Murci absolutely nailed it.

The fit is amazing and really flatters my body and makes it look so nice. Every time I wear one of their pieces, I get so many compliments, which always feels great. The clothes are comfortable, stylish, and make me feel really confident when I wear them.
