paid for next day delivery, the order arrived late and they completely refused to compensate the delivery fee paid. terrible customer service, these days retailers expect consumers to pay for things even when they don’t meet their obligations!

Absolutely do not order from these scammers. They know Google takes you to their Outlet (which isn’t obvious you’re in) where it’s hidden in small print the items are non-refundable. Quality is rubbish and if you need a refund they’ll only offer you store credit, not money back. Protect your money and buy from a reputable company with a good returns policy. This “small business” clearly only cares about money and not customers, but I’ll ensure to tell everyone I know about my experience with Murci. Edit: I don’t know why they’ve responded with this canned response. I’ve already emailed their unhelpful customer service team who offer no resolve which is WHY I posted this review. Now I’m stuck with a £49 voucher for there, when their ethics make me want to never shop there again. (item was £50, yes they also take money FROM you for returning)
