Ordered super-moto wheel and tire kit…

Ordered super-moto wheel and tire kit on 4-15-26, it's 5-16-26 now. Contacted seller multiple times and no response. Tracking # available and Contacted USPS and they "USPS response was they have not received the package. No response from seller "mxwraps" to return and credit my card or when it will ship or when we'll receive.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration surrounding your order and the confusion with the tracking updates. We have emailed and texted you directly because we genuinely want to help clarify the situation and make sure you are taken care of properly.

Your supermoto wheel set was dispatched internationally, and the reason USPS currently shows that they have not received the package is because the shipment is still in the international transit stage. With these wheel sets, tracking typically does not begin scanning until the shipment physically enters the United States and is handed over to USPS domestically. This unfortunately can make it appear as though only a label was created, even while the shipment itself is actively moving through transit overseas.

These wheel kits are sourced internationally and normally take approximately 8–16 business days, though customs and freight delays can occasionally extend transit closer to a month depending on import processing.

We completely understand your concern seeing limited tracking movement and we absolutely should have communicated the international tracking process more clearly from the beginning. We are continuing to monitor your shipment closely and are actively assisting you directly through email as well.

Again, we truly apologize for the experience and appreciate your patience while the shipment completes transit into the United States.

Michael sold me a product and sent me something else when I informed them they said I must pay for a return label. Sad excuse for customer service.

The rotor you received was a slightly updated version of the product from TB Electric, and we were not made aware of the change or provided updated photos on our end. That said, we understand how this could be unexpected and we take responsibility for not catching it sooner.

We’ve already sent you a prepaid return label via email, and once the item is on its way back, we’re more than happy to issue a full refund, including the return shipping cost.

Don't make a mistake!

After speaking with my other associates and business partners in the e-bike world. I have decided that I cannot recommend MXWraps for purchases. They charge a 25% restocking fee on return items which is an insane amount. There are dozens of reputable places you can buy parts for Surron, Talaria, E-ride, Ventus, etc. They're the only ones that I can find the charger 25% restocking fee this is an outrageous number 15% is the highest I can find in comparison 10% is the common. If you purchase anything from MXWraps you better make sure that you or a customer of yours does not change their mind because you will get slapped. I did reach out to MXWraps and tried to negotiate the 25% and they said politely NO.
Here's some real life numbers from other reputable companies that we also use for purchases that we will continue to use from here forward that I recommend.

Restock Fees

Rev rides 10%

Luna cycle 10%

Charged cycle works 15%

Amazon 0% on most items

MXWraps 25%!!

Just to clarify for anyone reading, these coated frame guards are fully custom and made to order. Each set is hand prepped, coated, and cured, which is why the production timeline is 1 to 4 weeks. Your order is still within that window and moving through production as expected.

bought items for my sons tuttio

bought items for my sons tuttio , the most needed item never arrived (ever) surron throttle, made multiple attempts to contact MXwraps with no response 0 ... finally after a few months filed a claim with paypal . then mx wraps wants to talk but no thanks.. too late . never got my refund or the part for the kids tuttio, seems like a lot of people like mxwraps and that is unfortunate that they let 110.00 bike throttle
get them bad review , but I guess you live and learn... do better mx wraps... Oh and I refiled the claim with paypal

Hey William, we still have contact over email and have sent about four emails to you trying to get back in touch. The Chargeback, that you originally filed, never resulted in our favor, meaning that we never got the money back from the order to refund you. We wanted the bank to speed the process up, but sometimes they take a long review process and it's completely out of our hands. If you want to continue this over email, that is completely fine with us and we are not withholding your money, we have no issue with refunding you since the throttle you ordered got discontinued, but the chargeback is kind of restricting that.

I ordered a mxw ultra bee rear brake…

I ordered a mxw ultra bee rear brake kit for my mx4 and it has been 5 days and they haven’t done a thing with my package. At least that’s what it says. It says my order should be here on the 16th and if it does I’ll definitely fix the review but for now it stays 2 stars because I have been wanting to know what has been happening to my package and the website has said label shipped since the 11th. Thanks for reaching out I have emailed the company

Good parts for your Surron

My 12 year old son purchases parts from MX wraps. The products He has purchased have worked out very well on his Surron. We did have some issues with shipping taking longer than expected but they have been working on that and made things right. My son is very satisfied with his parts.

Customer service issue made right

I had a difficult time getting a response from customer service. They had a mix-up with orders and were very apologetic when they realized the delay. At that point they quickly sent me return labels and issued the refund. Thank you Michael for helping resolve the situation quickly and effectively.
