Excellent recipes-actually things you would want to eat- and good for diabetes too!

I found the programme offered by Diabetes Lifestyle Doctors incredibly helpful. Each week the content offered insights and information which helped me navigate and understand concepts which were new to me. It was all achieved with a lightness of touch so that I felt inspired, rather than over-burdened. I will be continuing my journey to "blood glucose health" with them through the thrive hub and through their supportive personal links! Thank you DLD!

A thorough and comprehensive programme built by two obviously experienced doctors. DLD provides a refined, concise 12 week course that offers weekly, bitesize guidance and support. The videos provide a personal touch that you are able to refer back to whenever you want. I would highly recommend this programme to those who are looking to prevent diabetes and learn more about positive lifestyle changes.

Great programme and lovely recipes. Highly recommend it. It’s an extensive programme which tackles various elements of lifestyle so felt it was well worth the price.

The info provided and the process to get there was simple and easy to understand. Communication was succinct and easy to understand. Very easy to recommend to two of my friends in a hope they finally listen to me!

All I can say is thank you Diabetes Lifestyle Doctors. You've completely changed my way of thinking when it comes to lifestyle habits - whether it be diet or exercise. In just a few weeks, I'm already noticing positive changes to my health and have even dropped a few pounds. The doctors and nutritionists were always on hand to give advice whenever I needed it and were very flexible tweaking my programme according to my needs.

It's crystal clear from the get-go these guys know what they are talking about. Designed by 2 doctors, it's a 12 week course that helps you to reverse your diabetes, say goodbye to medicines and starting looking and feeling healthier. I love the fact its really well researched. This is not a gimmicky course. It is worth every penny!

I'm actually amazed, I've recently been diagnosed with diabetes and for most of my my life no matter what I try I can never lose weight, but with the help of diabetes lifestyle doctors I've finally seen and felt a change. If they can help me they can help anyone. I've only lost a few pounds but I feel healthier and my clothes are looser and for the first time today I saw the change for myself. Very educational and supportive, easy to understand and follow guidance, highly recommended.

Great down to earth advice explained in easy to understand language for those of us who are not medically trained. The steps of the programme explain the importance of balancing all aspects of life for a healthier you. They are always on hand to give additional advice if you don't quite understand something or you feel your circumstances are more unique. These are professionals, who are also GPs meeting real people every day, and they have developed this programme because they see a worrying trend in the UK to get into bad lifestyle habits which will only lead to early onset of diabetes, poor health in later years and this adds to the stress on the NHS. A great preventative programme to do even if you think you are low risk.

The 12 week program provided an excellent overall experience, including detailed education about Diabetes and the impact that food choices and activity levels have on the the condition. The framework is easy to use and the support offered by the Coaches and the Facebook group are a real benefit, helping with motivation and consistency.
I would highly recommend this program, especially to those who want to develop life long habits that are beneficial to many aspects of living well.

Having recently completed the Diabetes Lifestyle Doctors program, I can now give an honest review.
It's fabulous! The support from Dr Paul, Dr Amanda, and from Jess my DLD Coach has been fantastic. They swiftly answered any queries on the Facebook support group or email and the advice was second to none.
I have successfully lowered my Hba1c and my weight by following the program. I have gained knowledge on diabetes, and how to make the right choices for my health.
The online portal delivers an absolute wealth of information in a very interactive manner. The recipes on the portal are fabulous too! The Facebook group is fantastic, and it's a great way to support other members of the group whilst learning their journeys.
Absolutely brilliant Diabetes education! I would recommend it to everyone!!
