5 weeks later, still waiting for the labels

Placed an order on 8/10 and still haven’t received it. I did, however, receive a message from the founder (Mass e-mail sent to everyone) on 8/26 stating they received triple the amount of orders in July/August and to expect delays. Was understanding about that but when I reached out afterwards about when to expect my order I received no response. I’ve reached out several times now. As you can imagine I was confused when I googled reviews and there are some from recently saying they received their order right away. I’m wondering if those are legitimate reviews at this point.

Iron on tags do not stick. 30 bucks wasted. Love the stickers for clothes.

Doesn’t stick to clothes after washing (about half the time) despite leaving it on for over 24 hours like the instructions say to. I do like them when they do stick like intended, although too pricey for something that only works half the time.

These were nice and simple, not too cute, so acceptable to my teens going off to summer programs. They seemed to stick well and were sized well.

Some labels stay on and some do not. I have followed all instructions. So feel like I should give 4 stars.

I love it. Just what we needed. Labels are durable as I wash and sterilize bottles after each use. No peeling or fading. Great product. I encourage all parents to buy.

the labels that were suposed to be for laundry fell off and fast.

Further, i think you should have iron on and sew on versons of labels.

I have been using Name Bubbles labels for years with all 3 of my kids. This labels last and stay put. The color and design options have allowed me to change as my children have gotten older and their individual styles have changed. We use them at school and overnight camp. Love this company and the products!

Super cute designs but most of the labels came off clothing on first wash despite following instructions on label placement etc. :( Learned the hard way that we can only use these on items that won’t get as much exposure or submerged in water. Would give top marks for designs, style and variety but at the end of the day, performance lacking on our primary need.

While I love the product, it is overpriced. Half the price would still be expensive for stickers.

I ordered $150 worth of labels for both of my kids to go to overnight camp for two weeks. I paid for priority shipping. They never arrived, and I sent them off to camp with everything marked by Sharpie. Name Bubbles' customer service initially said they would overnight the labels to me two days before camp, and when I took them up on that offer, they ghosted me. Now they won't even respond to give me a refund on the product, which they offer even if you're unhappy with the product you DO receive. It appears that if you DON'T actually receive the product, it's on you. Terrible, terrible company.
