In early November I placed my order and…
In early November I placed my order and received part of the order in late November. Since then I have been emailing asking for the rest of my order. I am waiting on Amazing Super Sticky Gripping Pad - 5PCS or 10PCS × 1 (5PCS) at $19.99.
Initially they did reply but have done nothing to complete my order. Now they do not reply to me emails. Not good enough.
I will certainly not be recommending that anyone purchase from such a company that does not send what they have received money for.

Gave one star because after 15 days since I placed my order I still haven't received anything. I have emailed four times both using their contact form on the website and direct to a guy called Daniel, and they haven't bothered to contact me back yet. No goods and no answers. Pathetic really.
Update. They did contact me, and said the Company was on holiday. Sent goods which arrived a few days later. Can't believe they haven'y got an "away from Office" notification on their emails at the very least.

Just recieved my Nano-Grips, and they work great - a huge recommendation.
Super fast shipping, nice product.
It took only three days for my nanogrip to be shipped from Denmark to Germany, which is pretty good. I have tested it only briefly yet, but it looks like it holds all promises from the website.
Didn't even last a year
No different to other pads on the market, barely sticks and melted in the Sun after 2 months of exposure. Company refuses to stand by product and honor warranty even though website states that other pads "do not stick as they are supposed to, or they lose stickiness after a few weeks – and many of them melt in the summer, leaving ugly stains."
Nanogrip keeps reporting this review for some reason, I guess they are unhappy with my 1-star review. Trying to silence your critics is not going to change the way your business is viewed, in fact it will just tarnish your reputation even further.
Trustpilot insists on me specifying how Nanogrip failed to honor their warranty. Let me go through the steps to please the almighty Trustpilot review gods.
Step 1: I emailed Nanogrip because their product failed me in the first year.
Step 2: I received a response from Nanogrip telling me that they will not honor the warranty due to the product being left in the sun (product is supposed to be warrantied for a year)
Step 3: I replied to Nanogrip stating that the product was barely in the sun (it originally was but after Nanogrip informed me not to have it in direct sunlight I made a point to park in the shade)
Step 4: I left a negative review on Trustpilot
Step 5: Nanogrip reported my review because they did not like it
Step 6: I informed Trustpilot that the review was within their guidelines and it was re-approved
Step 7: Nanogrip once again reported the review because they cannot handle a negative review.
Step 8: I have to edit my review to include these steps.

We do not mind negative critism, as long as it is fair, and honest. Your first, 2nd and 3rd review may have been how you percieved the events, however our mail correspondance shows this to be false.
The real facts are the following:
1. You purchased 1 Nano-Grip on September 14th, 2014, which was delivered to you expeditedly.
2. September 25th you write us, claiming that the Nano-Grip does not stick, to which we wrote 3 emails back and forth, untill the issue seemed to have been solved.
3. September 29th you write us in regards to temperature resistance: "Since i do not have a garage my car is exposed to direct sunlight throughout the day and I am afraid this might melt onto my dashboard.
4. September 29th, we reply that the UV rays contained in the suns light, may damage it over time. If you believe that it will be exposed to sunlight for longer periods of time, then i would recommend removing it from the dashboard when the car is left out in the sun. An alternative would be to lift it off the dashboard, and re-attach it from time to time, to check that it has not started deteriorating due to the Suns rays. (as also stated on our website, as well as in the instruction leaflet)
5. October 3rd, you write us that the Nano-Grip doesnt stick any longer, to which we inform you of the way to get it to stick again by rinsing it under the tap. (which is listed on the website, as well as in the instruction leaflet).
6. A year later, on august 23rd, you write us, stating that the Nano-Grip has begun to deteriorate.
7. The same day, we inform you that we allready stated that if the Nano-Grip was exposed to prolonged periods of direct sunlight, it may deteriorate, and the signs to keep an eye out for, as well as how to avoid this.
8. Your reply to this was 100% opposed to what you wrote in your mail of september 29th 2014, where you stated that your car was exposed to direct sunlight throughout the day.
Now you claim that "you rarely park in direct sunlight, as there is a lot of trees and shade"
9. We write you that the issue is not covered by the warranty, partially due to the products age, but mainly due to the fact that you have not been following the instructions in the user manual - and based upon our many mails back and forth for issues that are clearly and simply stated in the instruction leaflet, as well as on our webpage - it is evident that you did not read the instruction leaflet at all.
Even so, we offered you to make a new purchase, and we would double the quantity of Nano-Grips that you purchased.

From a long time ago I was dreaming for something like this
It was given to me as present and once I tried it I ordered 3 more (I'll put on every of our cars 2 of them - one for driver and one for passenger). I also recommended this to all my friends and I'm sure at least half of them will order this too.
There is only one recommendation to NanoGrip - if it is possible to produce this things in different sizes (for example I'll need one narrower).

Nothing like it
I am a bit of a gadget person, always looking to find the exact perfect fix. I have bought car holders that promise to stick to the oddest placest and they haven't worked. So I bought sugru to stick them to the oddest places.... then I found this. I was a bit skeptical and put it on a safe place with more of a flat surface. It worked. Now for the trickier one, I placed it on a non flat surface (between my radio panel and the odometer)... it worked. I was mystified. Eventually it ended up on my steering wheel and I think that's the best place for my mobile. I came back and bought 3 more!!! Awesome product, totally worththe extra moolah :)

My two packs of nanogrip just arrived three days after purchasing. I instantly tested it, not expecting that effect. My mobile phone just sticked to the pad like the belong together. Twisting it will release it.

Great service! I messed up my order, which resulted in it getting sent back from the postal service. The people at NanoGrip sent me an email explaining the situation, and a few days later I now have the possibility to have stuff on my walls.
