Psh have let themselves down today especially the guy in transport.
We are currently under taking a massive house renovation. Complete roof off and a new level added the builders have told us around 7/8 months like an idiot i recommend them to PSH as I used them on my last project. This was meant to be a roll in and out service. They have already collected one and dropped another one off this second skip was only half full they turn up to collect it I tried to expain to the driver he was rude and just said well they haven’t ordered another one. Why would we? It’s only half full. Then just turned around and loaded it anyway.
I rang up and spoke with someone who put me through to transport.
What a absolute Moran of a man I spoke with
Rude, aggressive, arrogant, I explained the situation and he wasn’t interested. You’ve had it longer then 7 days and that’s our T&C
To which I replied well then no point
In using you again then is there.
He starts shouting don’t you threaten me bla bla probably about to give himself a heart attack.
When I finally got a word in. I explained no one is threatening you. I’m saying what’s the point in me using PSH for skips on big projects if you’re going to collect every 7 days? His reply was we are very busy and need the skip back and can’t wait for you. 😂😂 and put the phone down on me.
So after having about 10 skips maybe more on 2 projects I will never ever use this company again. And I’ll make sure I tell everyone who cares to listen. I’ll do my absolute best to make sure any members of my family and friends never use this company again.

This is where I would normally say not only have you missed out on another 5/6 skips. You’ve also lost a customer who’s ordered many skips from you in the past and recommended you to many others.

First off, nobody from my end was giving any members of your staff verbal abuse.
One of your staff was Rude aggressive and damn right unprofessional. And got his knickers In a little twist when I said well if your going to collect skips after 7 days on a big project there’s no point in using you again. He went from 0 to 100.

2nd, I’m not the only person to have this issue, from what I see from your reviews. So, instead of Victim blaming. Try and educate your staff, and maybe offer some training in how to deal with customers. Not only did one of your member of staff get aggressive and rude, he also tried to mock me in what I was trying to explain to him.
3rd, what makes you think PSH are that important that I will ring one of the directors and have a chat. I’ve left my review on my experience I won’t use you ever again. And I will tell absolutely everybody who cares to listen what a rude unprofessional company you are.

Skip delivered on time and in the exact place I needed it, cost was competitive too.
I would definitely use PSH again.

I’ve used this skip company three times now for a hoarder house clearance. The delivery and communication has been fantastic. If I’ve ever needed any longer for a skip, they’ve given me several week extensions. If I’ve ever needed an urgent collection, I’d message on a Sunday and the skip would be collected on the Monday morning. Really brilliant service and such a life saver for getting a house cleared out!!

Friendly! Called prior to delivery to confirm that I ordered the right , called again 4 days before collection date to see how we were getting on. Very polite, very friendly and very helpful! Will definitely use again

I was having the skip delivered to my elderly parents so called the office beforehand to check delivery times and the lady who answered the call was extremely helpful and put a request in for not to early. She was extremely helpful and would definitely recommend and use again
