I was disappointed as after a week of ordering my order in UK had not been dispatched. I wrote to them today (Sat) to cancel my order and subscription. I was very surprised to receive a truly lovely email of apology plus explanation of why, and immediately cancelled my order, subscription with refund. No fuss, no hassel and offered a complimentary item when in stock. I was surprised and delighted with the quick response.

Terrible customer service. Literally no way to contact them. I was sent a product for dogs instead of cats. I have tried all the UK and USA email addresses and they all bounce back.
The UK phone number does not even ring, just says call failed
Tried messaging on instagram, that doesn’t work either.
Commented on a post to get a response and they told me to email the address that doesn’t work.
Absolute joke.

The amount of knowledge imparted to a first time Cat Guardian - the guidance on dispencing drugs and in what order/ quantity was also greatly apreciated
NHS could possibly take a few tips from this Company.

If your looking to purchase any products from these I suggest you use Amazon as they will sting you with extortionate shipping costs and Amazon is free with prime

This company is dodgy. In Australia it is illegal to not show GST in the purchase price. This company does not add GST on until checkout. I called them out on this, they did refund my money, however they have not changed their website. It is also illegal to charge for GST without an ABN. They have no ABN, so what are they doing with the so called tax they are dodgily charging?? It appears they are pocketting it, as they need an ABN to send it to government.

Pet wellbeing kidney support gold killed my 14.5 year old chihuahua within 24 hours of giving it to her. I then found so many one star reviews saying the same thing. They pay for positive reviews and their products are killing pets. My dog yelped in pain, seemed restless, then lethargic and vomited and then died. She was fine before I gave her this product. The guilt eats me up daily that I poisoned my best trusting all their fake online reviews. This stuff is toxic unregulated and dangerous and deadly. Please do not buy their products.

Pet Wellbeing’s products and customer service are both exceptional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them . I had tried a number of products for my beloved cat Poppy ,including the comfort gold and also the kidney supplement as well as some other products . After a few weeks of taking the comfort gold , the pain from Poppy’s arthritis was significantly improved to the point she was even able to jump up on the bed aged 18. Poppy was also on the kidney supplement due to the fact she was on a diuretic for her heart and had started to show signs of early kidney disease. Despite ever increasing and very large amounts of diuretic, her kidney values remained normal and actually improved a bit which the vet was amazed by. Poppy was also on some prescription meds and when I wasn’t sure if I could give her the supplements at the same time, the team at Pet Wellbeing went above and beyond to advise me on which of their products could and could not be given along side her prescription meds. They gave me advice about alternative products also. When I’ve written requesting similar advice from other companies they have just said “ask your vet”, so Pet Wellbeing’s team knowledge and customer service is leagues above other similar companies. Poppy was also a fusspot but she took the supplements readily in her food. When Poppy sadly passed away at the end of last year, I was completely devastated, and the team at Pet Wellbeing couldn’t have done more to help. They sent me the kindest email and offered to refund some of the products I had purchased. They were totally empathetic and understanding of my heartbreaking loss and I felt very moved by their kind words. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. I don’t think I have ever come across such outstanding customer service and care. Thank you 🙏

Pet wellbeing literally gave me another 4 years with my beautiful cat Max. She had a water infection and the vets told me to make her comfortable. Then I heard about pet wellbeing and their great products. A big thank you to all the staff especially Otis for his passion in caring for customers and their pets. Max lived to over 20 human years and a big part is to PetWellbeing thank you all

Total scammers. Doesn't even offer refunda unless you demand it. Crap products that are not even approved by the vets. Waste of space

Had no idea when I ordered this product it was on a monthly subscription

Ordered on Amazon but dog became deathly ill after 2nd day using not even the recommended dosage . Tried to do a refund on Amazon but said this product not eligible for refund so contacted Amazon customer service and they issued a full credit. Pet Wellbeing took a long time to reply and acted like they approved the credit. Amazon said I should talk to company about helping with Vet Bill's as it's over £1000.00 pounds and she still might not make it. But no, they won't help me. Pet Wellbeing asks for all this information for their quality control but that's it.

Finding bit tricky it shows 4oz at £55.21 and we you add basket is goes up £64.95. All offers and discounts not applying as they encouraging you to order over £100 this ridiculous prices for animal treatment. You not thinking this drugs for rest of their lives and it cost over £740 a year.

Great company. Answered my queries straight away. Bought the life gold and mushroom immune gold for my cat who has cancer in his jaw. I thought we would only have him for a few more weeks but since giving him the medicines his tumour hasn’t grown and he is still running around and playing. So far so good.

Honestly I have never known a company to be so understanding and caring as petwellbeing. I ordered the thyroid gold supplement for my cat but unfortunately it didn’t work and she had to be pts. I emailed the company to ask about the 90 day money back guarantee and received a lovely email back on the same day sending their condolences, a lovely poem and a full refund. I would highly recommend petwellbeing and won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I cannot express strongly enough how good the service is from this company even though their shipping company let them down they were quick to sort the problem with courtesy and efficiency.

I cannot stress how good the service team are at Pet Wellbeing. I had an issue with a product ( Which was not the fault of Pet Wellbeing ) but after I contacted them direct they immediately took owner ship and resolved the issue within a couple of days. I can honestly say this has been the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Amazing company, Compassionate about pets and were very supportive when I asked for some help. I will be using their treatment again in the future for my pets.

I wish there was an option to post pictures so I could demonstrate what has happened to my fur baby. Ordered these drops to be put directly on gums as my Arabian Mau rescue has a gum disease and the vet said this is common for rescue cats from abroad but as her teeth are immaculate and she isn’t in pain not to worry too much, but I thought maybe there is something they may help and I came across this website and their product. She squirmed a bit as cats do when you’re shoving a dropper in their mouths and I got some in the corners of her mouth on the side of her face. When I looked at her the next morning I was horrified she looks like someone put a cigarette out on her. Messaged company and got a refund and some lame bs about her clearly having an allergic reaction to the product, but her sores are getting worse and now I face a hefty vet bill as she is obviously gonna need antibiotics and cream. Fuming. Don’t buy stuff unless it’s prescribed by your vet. Painful lesson learned. I will be taking further action against this company if my baby does not get better. Products clearly have not been tested properly before they’re out for sale

Had a lot of questions which I asked via email and also on the phone. These guys are SO helpful, polite and a real breath of fresh air. Their products are genuine too. I needed supplements for my ageing cat with kidney issues. Their drops are fab!
