Great environment and teaching methods

Staff was great, spent good time teaching me the skills to learn for a first time. Encouraged me during challenging times and kept the group safe at all times. I would highly recommend for those new to riding a motorbike to come here to learn even its its out of the way. Worth travelling down.

Perfect really, my CBT Instructor was really patient and explained everything to me even when he needed to repeat himself. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Booking in was easy and staff are really polite and helpful and welcoming rich made me feel at ease and relaxed 100% recommend this company

The instructor, Rich, was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and encouraging. The ride-out was extremely good as well, some nice scenery as well as covering many different situations.
Other Phoenix team members were also very friendly and chatty.
Overall and excellent experience.

I had a fantastic experience completing my CBT with Phoenix Motorcycle Training and would highly recommend them.

The instructor (Sam) was incredibly patient throughout the day, taking the time to make sure everyone was comfortable and progressing at their own pace. The instructions were always clear and easy to follow and whenever I got stuck or didn't fully understand something, the explanations were really helpful and never rushed.

A particular shout-out to Sam, who was brilliant during the training and on-road ride. Her calm approach, clear guidance and focus on safety gave me confidence and made the road ride an enjoyable and valuable learning experience and I had a lot to learn in one day. Definitely memorable!

What I particularly appreciated was that there was plenty of opportunity to assess, together with Sam, whether I was genuinely ready to move on to the next stage. There was no pressure and that focus on safety and readiness felt really important and that it was taken seriously.

Overall, it was such a good day and a great combination of professional/ supportive/ enjoyable and confidence-building from start to finish.

Everyone I came into contact with at Phoenix Motorcycle Training Chippenham, have been incredibly helpful from start to finish. From my very first phone call, where the whole process was clearly explained, to booking my DAS course for me, the service has been outstanding.
I would also like to make a special mention to my amazing instructor, Jason Sellars, who is an all round great guy. As someone who had never ridden a motorbike on the road before, Jason's clear explanations, guidance, and instructions instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. His passion and enthusiasm for motorcycling and road safety was clear to see throughout the three days I spent training with him and

Martin was fantastic, really enjoyed the day!

Completed my CBT training with Martin in the Chippenham Centre. He was a great trainer and gave clear easy to follow instructions.

Very disappointed . Instructor was very nice but on the end said that was a little missing small thing and not get through , waste of my money , of course offering more hours to buy building more confidence on the road other thing is was feeling like passing full license not a CBT .

I was the first person to be trained at their Reading location, and thanks to my instructor Jon it was a perfect experience! He was patient, encouraging and hilarious to train with. Passing my CBT worried me at first but with his help I felt reassured and confident. I’ve been driving for a bit now, confident on the road. I used Phoenix’s customer service a couple times and was also perfect throughout. All around great company to train with, will be coming back for more!
