I’ve been waiting for an order. It seems this is sharp practice. There is no phone number. There’s only one email address. Although there is no responses. Three months waiting on an order. I have sent multiple emails. No respond.
The good reviews clearly to be made up. On the five stats reviews says very good. If there is no one to respond how would client receive an email to put a review. Please be aware. I’m going to report it to other relevant fraud investigators.

Also note all their five star reviews done next to each other on the same days almost. This is to push the one star reviews all the way down so people wouldn’t see them.

SCAM-I wish I read the reviews in red. They’ve all had the same experience as me and have even concluded it’s one man running the business and scamming people.

Just a warning guys, I too did thorough research on this company before ordering. I even used TrustPilot. My order has not arrived and I am way past the postage date. The worst thing is, the contact number is not ever answered. They have a “contact us” page on which I’ve sent messages- no response. They have a customer support email address to which I also received no response to any emails except one which said “we will check where your order is”- days went by, no response. They then have a live chat facility on their website which says “we reply immediately”, I tried a total of 6 times on this, at different times, a green online dot but no response whatsoever. I was a bit skeptical when they had a Instagram page which wasn’t very active, as opposed to other garment sites which regularly update their socials, but I let this slide. A mistake I guess. Next step will have to try to report to get my money back.

Further to their reply below:
Rest assured this is incorrect information. They first emailed me saying they will investigate into where my order has gone. If you check the reviews in red you will see that they have given the same replies to other customers. Then suddenly they said the item was not in stock, they had a drop down menu of 5 sizes in stock but are claiming they had only one size in stock- how can a website run like that? Furthermore why would they not have emailed me themselves that the item is not in stock. They waited for me to chase up the order 4 times, no contact number, no email response, no live chat response, nor a contact us page response. THE ONLY REASON they emailed me saying they have refunded me ( which i am yet to check has even come into my account) is because i chased them up for days, but the DAY AFTER i submitted this review, they began to communicate with me just to cover their tracks.
