Wouldn’t accept a return fr the jacket. The jacket is ‘one size’ being petite and a size 10 It looks ridiculous on. £50 wasted as they wouldn’t let me send it back . Terrible customer service

Do not recommend. Website states ‘easy returns’ which is not the case.
I reported that the jacket is a completely different colour to the website which it is but they will not refund.

Terrible, do not order!! The coat has lost any padding in the neck in less than a week of wearing. The email address is undeliverable and I can not contact for a refund. Looking at these reviews I wouldn’t get one anyway. Cheap rubbish, stay clear.

Awful company delivered to wrong adress…
Awful company delivered to wrong adress as you can see on the GPS delivery and will not refund or replace item rip off company ! Im now and fair bit out of pocket for something iv not received i have already provided my order number on trustpilot and several times through other means iv since done a charge back from my bank

If could give minus I would. The worst customer experience I’ve ever received. They are rude and very unhelpful and extremely unprofessional. Return two jackets and they are refusing to give me a refund, Will never buy from them again. 😡😡😡

PUFFIT Do NOT refund or exchange on ANYTHING. My Delivery took over 3 weeks to UK address. At time of order, DELIVERY timescale stated 3 to 8 workings day delivery. They do not offer refunds. Even when they breach their own contract of failed delivery. Breaching consumer laws. **DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE***
