I’ve order my jeans about year ago & they came between 4-5weeks, the quality is excellent & was looking to purchase more items but they took down their site I guess to other poor reviews

The customer ordered a pair of denim that is on back order. The shipping time frame is in the product description.
Express shipping will be applied when the denim is ready to ship.
You also emailed us a few hours prior to leaving this review. This does not give our customer service team enough time to reply.

I’m pissed because I really want these two pair of jeans but obviously their system is messed up cause it’s telling me my address isn’t my address basically I can make my purchase because my zip code doesn’t match the address which it clearly is so idk but right I’m not happy

These jeans is my all time favorite and most importantly the quality of them is to die for. I will continue to support this brand! And oh yea the shipping is very fast received my jeans within 3 - 5 days

The scam was “ whole time I’m thinking my pants are coming & no pants come . The money got took out my account then put back in but you have all my account information not to mention, I never canceled my order . From the consumers perspective I feel business should have been properly conducted . But it wasn’t .

Business was conducted properly , your order was flagged for fraud. (Which is why we cancelled the order). As you stated you received the funds back to your account.
I’m unsure as to what information you believe we have from you. But there is none. The customer received the funds back to the original payment form.

This is a blatant lie. Order #1420 states delivered by the post office with the tracking info provided.
Furthermore even if the package was lost in the mail, we are not responsible for those.

Great quality clothes and good customer service
I recently purchased from Pure Reign and my experience from beginning to end was great. The owner answered my questions promptly and nicely which I loved. The quality of the clothes is great as well. I plan on making more purchases soon!

8-9 weeks is simply not the truth. Customer ordered a item which was listed on the website as a pre order. (4-5) weeks. It was shipped on week 6. This 3 star review is based on the failure to read and agreeing to the terms before purchasing.

Yes... it was a pre order, Of course you’re waiting. The turn around time was openly listed for 4-5 weeks for a pair of denim that is in high demand. 🙃 This 2 star review has no impact on quality or how we conduct business here at pure reign.
