I found the shoes I was looking for at Queens. I was a bit nervous, because I didn't know the company and the company is located in the Czech Republic. But I got the shoes very quickly. Communication is also crisp and clear. Great experience!

Leider entsprach die Grösse 45 nicht annähernd den normalen Grössenrichtlinien, der Schuh hatte höchstens Grösse 43/44 .

Nach der Bestellung (und Bezahlung) wurde mein Order einen Tag später storniert. Sehr bescheiden, would not recommend. Kümmert euch um ein ordentliches Warenerfassungssystem.

Sehr schnell geliefert, die Schuhe sind sauber und mit guter Qualitat. Ich glaube sie sind echt. Die Schuhe die ich gekauft habe, hab ich nur bei Queens gesehen, da sie fast ausverkauft sind. Das war eine Uberraschung fur mich, die Schuhe zu finden.

I received a completely different size…
I received a completely different size of shoe to what I had ordered (basically received a kids shoe) and had to pay the cost for sending the wrong shoe back myself after the cutomer service denied any fault on their part.
Won't be ordering at Queens again.

thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you're not satisfied with our company. We will, of course, refund your money for the returned products.
Once the package is delivered to our central warehouse, we try to process each return as quickly as possible. By law, we have 14 days after delivery to refund you.
In Germany, it is only a collection point for returns - warehouse from the carrier and the package is then sent to the Czech Republic at our expense. However, all this information is provided on our website: https://www.queens.de/retoure/
Once we process your return, we will inform you by e-mail and refund you.
