Items I bought not only do not look like what is pictured, but the actual description of goods is false. What is advertised as an embroidered cap is actually just a badly made cap with a misaligned heat transferred graphic over the misshapen bill.
The company's customer service and refund policies are a joke, and seem to be aimed at pummeling the customer into submission rather than offering any real compensation for the shoddy quality of their products.

I bought an item on the internet via Facebook, and after more than a month, I finally received the goods which are not what I ordered.
In short= a scam

Facebook does not care about my purchase, nor does the company advertising on Facebook. They are not interested in a refund, obliging the European law. Only take your money

What arrives is NOTHING like advert - beware

Absolute Frechheit. Das gelieferte Produkt entspricht überhaupt nicht den beschriebenen und dargestellten Produkten. Statt schöner Mausweihnachtsbaumanhänger werden Fotos davon in Plastikanhängern geliefert, die absolut nicht den Preis rechtfertigen. Einfach Abzocke, sonst nichts.

Lied about delivery estimate, shipped from USA. Item supplied was a laminated photo of what was advertised.

The item that arrived looked nothing like the pictures!!
Cheap & not cheerful - they couldn’t even manage to put the label on the correct way.
Requested a full refund or replacement & was told due to return costs they could offer a 10% refund & maybe I could give it as a gift or sell it on 🙄
Absolute joke. Definitely DO NOT BUY FROM!!

Scammers. Avoid this company at all costs

The item I received looked nothing like the item they advertised. Asked for a return & was told I had to pay to return it. Told them I shouldn't have to pay to return something that looked nothing like the product I ordered so put in a dispute with Paypal & they sided with them as it looked similar 🤬. I'm now stuck with an item that I don't want & there nothing I can do.

The products look nothing like what they have on their sites pointless and wasted money

If i could give a 0 for these scammers I would, I bought an item & after a week it had not been sent so asked why, their reply was "we dont have any" then it was "it will be a while" then it was "we tried but there was a problem" it went on & on so I asked them to cancel the order & refund me.... well then the fun began, every excuse under the sun, refuse to cancel it refused to refund me, then actually bribed me saying unless I buy another one from them they wont refund the 1st one. So I put in a claim with PayPal & they now for the last 3wks keep saying they wont refund me until I take away the dispute against them, which I wont be doing. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!
