My partner ordered bike parts and maintenance products (sprocket, chain, chain cleaner, lock bag, lubricant) on 1 May 2026 — order #2000022716, total €55.71. Three weeks later, nothing has arrived.

What makes this particularly frustrating is the repeated broken promises. On 8 May, customer service told us order would ship "today or tomorrow at the latest." It didn't. On 18 May, we were told again it would ship "between today and tomorrow." It didn't — and this time there was no further communication at all.

We have had to chase every single update ourselves. The items we ordered are needed to fix my bike, which has been out of action this whole time.

If this is not resolved imminently, we will be initiating a chargeback and filing an official complaint with consumer protection authorities.

We wanted to give Santafixie the benefit of the doubt, but three weeks, two broken promises, and zero proactive communication is not acceptable. Based on other recent Trustpilot reviews, this appears to be a pattern. Avoid if you need your items in any reasonable timeframe.

Hatte ein Abschlussritzel für eine Miché SHIMANO 10f. Kassette dort bestellt. Nach über einer Woche und der Nachfrage wo mein Teil bleibt, wurde es dann auch mal versendet. Allerdings kam das falsche Teil an. Geliefert wurde das Abschlussritzel für CAMPAGNOLO 10f. was aufgrund der anderen Aufnahme natürlich nicht passte. Offensichtlich hat dort ein Mitarbeiter ein Camparitzel falsch aufgeräumt, auf der Tüte stand Shimano, aber das Ritzel selbst hatte CA- eingeprägt, also eindeutig Campa. Schreibe denen also um das Problem zu klären, plötzlich sehr lange Antwortzeiten. Habe dann direkt ein Bild vom Artikel gemacht, hingeschickt, irgendwann kam eine Antwort, sie hätten den Barcode gerne. Auf dem steht ja SH- nicht CA- aber es war CA im SH Tütchen. Dann haben es sich die Herren einfach gemacht, es wurde mir heute mitgeteilt, dass genau geliefert wurde was ich bestellt hätte, was natürlich glatt gelogen ist, und ich könne es -natürlich auf m e i n e Kosten- zurückschicken. Denen traue ich keinen Millimeter weit. Wer Teile zügig braucht und sich noch dazu unnötigen Ärger ersparen will, bestellt also besser woanders. Es waren nur leider die einzigen ohne Mindestbestellwert, die den Artikel noch hatten, angeblich zumindest, denn geliefert haben sie ihn ja nicht.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company.

My bicycle was not delivered for over a month, despite multiple attempts to contact them. There was no clear communication, no responsibility, and no proper solution offered. This is a complete waste of time and shows a very unprofessional approach.

I was even promised dispatch by the end of the week (see attached screenshot), but this commitment was not fulfilled.

I have now requested a full refund and expect it to be processed immediately.

I strongly warn others: do not deal with this company. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away

Die Angebotspalette ist sehr gut, die Preise meist günstiger als bei anderen Anbietern und die Qualität der Produkte ist durchweg gut. Lieferung verhältnismäßig schnell und die Seite überschaubar gestaltet. Regelmäßig lassen sich dort feine Schnäppchen machen.

Die Bestellung wurde schnell geliefert, allerdings war das Produkt (Helm) feherhaft. Die Reklamation gestaltete sich anfangs etwas umständlich, wurde jedoch sehr kulant und zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit gelöst. Vielen Dank. Diesen Händler kann ich empfehlen.

War erst etwas unsicher, da die Firma ihren Sitz in Spanien hat( z.B. wenn man etwas retournieren möchte), aber war angenehm überrascht. Lieferung war schnell und alles in Ordnung

Ich hatte einen Fahrradhelm gekauft, der leider nicht passte. Also Rückgabe Prozess angeleiert, was gar nicht zu einfach war. Die Rückgabe war erst im kleingedruckten zu finden, dass Rücksendelabel musste ich selber bezahlen. Antworten erhält man, wenn überhaupt erst nach zwei drei Tagen. Dann nach Nachfrage teilte mir die Firma mit, dass sie die Rückgabe nicht erhalten hätte. Aber ich hatte die tracking Nr. von GLS, sodass ich nachweisen konnte, dass ich die Ware zurück geschickt hatte. Erst nach ein paar Tagen die Antwort, dass sie endlich Klarna geschrieben hätten, dass die Ware zurück gegeben wäre. Dieses ganze Theater , nie wieder....

It was a very pleasant and fast and satisfying experience.
