Great to work with SCA's admin people. Very prompt to respond with any quesstion and very understanding to our specific circumstances as well; really appreciate the flexibility with our reservation as we didnt have a precsie date on when our goods would arrive in storage, nor the size of storage required. A good experience all round and happy with the condition of the storage container now that we are in. Thanks guys

I have used SCA for my uni stuff during summer break. Although they didn’t have the right size available they moved me into a suitable space and were so helpful moving in helping with unloading and stacking my stuff. The staff member was so lovely and made move in pleasant

I required emergency storage and carried out an online quote late at night to get an idea of prices.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quote.

This was followed up first thing the next morning by a phone call from Kelly.
After an explanation of what types of unit were available, how long the minimum rental is, how to make payment and how to give notice to vacate I was happy to proceed there and then.
I was able to arrange everything remotely and set up an online account, it could not have been made simpler by SCA.
They had been recommended to me by a local removal and logistics company, Awesome Logistics who I also cannot recommend highly enough.

I chose a storage container outside so that the logistics company could pull straight up and unload directly into the container.
The location of the storage is very convenient as it is just off the A19 in Sunderland.

When I gave notice that I would be vacating the unit my refund for unused weeks and the security deposit were processed quickly by Sarah.
The staff were kind and very helpful. They put me in touch with other local businesses to help resolve my predicament.

Sarah & Kelly provide outstanding customer service, not something you come across that often nowadays.
I would recommend SCA on the ability to get a quote online and their prices but factor in their customer service and it made a headache into a very pleasant experience.
