Envio para Portugal

Olá, a avaliação podia ser melhor se o envio fosse mais rápido é inadmissível um telemóvel na Europa, reino unido ainda está na Europa, eu sei que o envio foi oferecido mas esteve demasiado tempo entre a Royal mail e a GLS Parceira da Royal mail.
Compra efetuada dia 3/06/2019 e só foi entregue dia 11/06/2019 por volta das 17 horas de Portugal.

You made your order on 3rd June 2019 and received delivery on 11th June 2019.

Comprar vários baixam a qualidade!!

Já tinha comprado vários Iphones com vocês, e sempre tinha ficado satisfeito. Um equipamento em estado “Good”era mesmo em em estado bom. Desta última vez sugeri a familiares meus os equipamentos e encomendei 3:
-iPhone 6s Plus 128Gb Unlock “Good” (tem o vidro partido)
-Iphone 7 32Gb Unlock “Good” (tem os 4 cantos amassados, junto ao conectar de carga sem tinta nenhuma o pior que equipamento que já vi com a classificação de “Good”
-Iphone 8 64Gb Unlock “Good” (onde realmente está a qualidade da second hand, um equipamento com alguns riscos mínimos de uso, e a qual estou habituado)

No momento que recebi os equipamentos filmei os 3 para verem a comparação entre eles, enviei msg pelo eBay a pedir um Mail para poder enviar, recusaram e disseram que bastava fotos. Envie as Fotos a respondem com um texto automático a dizer que o “Good” pode ter riscos e desgaste no chassi. E com pena que vou deixar de encomendar com vocês equipamentos pois eu apenas queria explicar que baixaram a qualidade nestes 2 Iphones e procurava uma compensação. Fui ignorado por vocês.

The device that was purchased was from our 'good' grade, we do state on the eBay listing that these devices will show moderate signs of wear.

For the age of the handset, they will be in generally good cosmetic condition and show signs of wear. This includes, but not limited to, scratches, marks, scuffs and chips – certainly nothing offensive by any means. This wear can be to the screen or casing.

Reviewing the photos that you provided us of the devices, the phones are in line with the 'good' grade you purchased from.

As we have made you aware via eBay, you are welcome to return these to us for a refund but we do not provide partial refunds, nor will we be extorted to provide a partial refund.

We supply all handsets with just a generic USB data lead for charging, no box or further accessories are included unless stated in the listing. We have customers from all over the world and sell many different models of handsets; to keep every type of wall plug/charger combination and accessory wouldn’t allow us to provide our customers with incredibly low prices and great service.

We’re sorry your experience wasn’t as expected on this occasion, we know this can be frustrating.

Looking at the communication between us, it appears as though it is the time for delivery to be completed which has led to your negative feedback.

Sadly we often find that GLS in Portugal aren't very efficient in handling international parcels, which can cause end delays to our customers and this leads to this frustration. Checking the tracking we can see that delivery was completed within 10 working days, 2 days over the estimated delivery date from eBay. We do have to stress that these are estimates and although usually very accurate based on the algorithms eBay use do not always allow for human factors.
