Easy process and excellent customer service
The process was thorough and easy. I had a problem (which was at my end - my email address was blocked) which was quickly addressed and solved by Matt. On the two occasions I rang the contact number it was answered on the third ring by a real person who was clear and concise and a pleasure to deal with!!! Well done. It was customer service at it's best. Big companies could learn a lot from you.

It was quick
It was quick! Was because I had to pay extra for express sale. If I had not paid extra it would not have been the quick express.
Other than that it was good 👍🏻 good communication via email confirming the status of my shares

This was my first time selling shares and staff were very helpful and guided me any questions I had. The shares were sold as expected within the time frame that I was guided by. They sent updates each step of the way. My Shares were sold and I had received the sale outcome within 24hours and informed that Monet would be deposited as instructed by me. A great experience and no stress. Would recommend Sell My Shares in future.
