Relatively straightforward to wipe and post ff old phone. Should have done its sooner! Payment received within the week.

Terrible experience. I was quoted £30 for my samsung galaxy S10. I had always used an otterbox protection cover so the phone had been kept in very good condition. Once the phone was received by the company, they reduced the quote to £5! There was only minor barely visible scratches as you would expect for a second hand mobile phone. This to me is akin to a scam. Clearly this was not worth my time clearing the data, signing out of all accounts, packaging the phone and arranging collection etc

Sold another old phone with them and it was spot on again. Really easy from start to finish, no messing about and the payment came through quickly once they got the phone. Can’t fault the service and I’d definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Was a bit dubious given that all the phone companies knock your quote down once they have your phone & don’t seem trustworthy but I need not have worried. Service was quick & friendly. I didn’t get what was advertised for my phone but expected that given that the battery wouldn’t have been as good given that it was my phone for 3 years but negotiated a good deal. Payment was in my account in minutes. Would definitely use again. Thank you 👍
