The order was processed same day and came courtesy of Royal Mail next day rather than a courier which was great. The packaging was very good - no enormous box and easy to recycle.

Very comfortable item
The item arrived quickly and well packaged. I am very pleased with my purchase, though it has taken a few days to get used to, I now find it very comfortable.

Very speedy delivery and good communication.
Very speedy delivery, and response to a couple of email queries I had. Seems to work for me, quite well.

Comfortable head and neck support
Parcel arrived within a few days. The pillow has already made a difference to my night’s sleep; it supports my head and neck perfectly. I like the fact it comes with a cover too. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who’s got a problem with sleeping comfortably.

We didn’t get any delivery date for two…
We didn’t get any delivery date for two weeks they tell you to go on the website and pick a date but nothing was there then they told us the order would be canceled if we didn’t give them a date not good .

Hi Joyce, I'm confused by your review, Thats not how our delivery service works, there is no requirement to select a date and we have also received no prior contact from you to suggest that you hadnt had your delivery. if the courier has tried to deliver on three separate occasions and failed then they will hold the parcel until you contact them and request for it to be delivered. Please email us at info@slumbar.co.uk with any information you have and we will try to resolve it for you.

Excellent product and they treated me as a human being.
Great product at a great price with a company who are easy to deal with and whose after sales service is excellent. I was treated like a human being rather than just another consumer when I contacted them. I won't hesitate to recommend slumber as a company and as a range of products to everyone I know.
