That said, we’d like to clarify that our system records reflect only one suspension event, which was resolved within 9 minutes of your reaching out. If you experienced a second disruption, please contact us so we can investigate further, our goal is 100% transparency and reliability, and your feedback helps us improve.

As a gesture of goodwill, we credited your account with one month of free hosting, even though your service has maintained over 99.9% uptime since launching in December. This credit was provided without regard to your current unpaid website development balance.

We’re proud of the support we offer and our response time, and we hope this incident demonstrates our commitment to you. If there’s anything else we can do, or if you’d like to revisit the outstanding balance on your site build, we’re always happy to talk.
