Awful, slippers are too small, poor quality and they do not answer emails on returns/refund. A con. AVOID!!!

Terrible. As everyone else has said - the slippers are tiny and poor quality. Customer service offers to send an exchange for a shipping fee (from China) and then never ever responds to your emails. Total con.

I ordered slippers for my daughter’s Christmas. They took a while to arrive but they did arrive before Christmas and all seemed good. However, a big hole started to appear on Christmas Day at the top of one of the slippers.
I emailed the company and did eventually get a reply to apologise and offered a replacement pair to be sent out with no mention of additional cost. I was delighted however despite a follow up email from me the replacement pair have yet to materialise almost 4 weeks after the original email was sent.
If I had read the reviews prior to ordering I wouldn’t have bought these… waste of money!

Awful quality ours lasted one months before the stitches came apart. Sent photos to the company and they have simply ignored. This is NOT an ENGLISH company as they would have you believe.
I would strongly NOT recommend.

AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE. It definitely is not legit. I ordered slippers in December as a Christmas present - they sent me the wrong colour slippers. When I then emailed them asking to return the incorrect item and to be sent the correct item, they said I could either keep the wrong slippers and PAY to have the item that I ordered sent out "for just £6.97 to cover the shipping cost"!!!!! or pay the shipping cost to return the incorrect item they sent to me. They ignored all further emails when I said this was not acceptable, and asked for a full refund (as simply getting the item I ordered without having to pay AGAIN for shipping was more hassle than it was worth).

Avoid at all costs. Refused a refund for faulty item. Slippers of poor quality and dropshipped from china. They just ignore your emails. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Ships from china. I thought I was buying from a UK location due to the web address. Delivery took ages. Won’t entertain refunds. Avoid at all costs.

Rip off! I too was unaware that they were delivered from China. I had to pay an extra £1 to track the parcel from what I now this was some dodgy website. Slippers never arrived and no response for refund from emails. Avoid.

Ordered slippers, stitching was poor and sole was loosening away from the main shoe. They offered a replacement but it never came, I wrote for a refund and they never replied. The website has now closed, beware that similar slipper companies are probably the same fraudulent outfit!!

Do not buy. Arrived with loose stitching. Emailed twice and had no response. The same with instagram. So disappointed.

I was a bit worried after seeing the reviews but I received tracking info and it all looked good and the slippers have arrived and are as advertised. All good for me!

I purchased two pairs of slippers from smileyslippers.co.uk and now I’m beginning to wonder if they are a real company. It’s been over a week since I ordered them. I was unaware that the slippers came all the way from china. I am trying to speak to someone at smiley slippers but I am having no luck! How do I get a refund/report this?
