Terrible experience!!

Terrible experience!!! a huge rat ran over my daughters arm in the cabin and we called the emergency line and they wouldn’t do anything about it!!! And it was dirty and beds not made etc! We came home 2 days early and they wouldn’t give refund! I wish we never booked this place! Manager very rude too!!!!

Our family rented the Keaton's Firefly…

Our family rented the Keaton's Firefly Meadow cabin. We were so excited when looking at the photos and looking forward to our weeks vacation Unfortunately, the pictures are a lot better than the reality. The place is run down. The place was not clean. We had to wash dishes that were in the cabinets supposedly clean. Doors on the kitchen cabinets were ready to fall off. In the bedroom, one of our towels had a crusty stain or had not been washed. There was mold on the bathroom floor. Inside the bathroom cabinet there was drier toothpaste or shaving cream. My nephew found a used bloody bandage stuck to the underside of his blanket. I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company to rent from.

Keaton's Firefly Meadow, Pidgeon Forge

We stayed at Keaton's Firefly Meadow. Would not recommend. They will try to scam you after you leave and try to say you made damages to furniture and fixtures that you did not do and just charge your credit card a random $2,000 with no explanation. We called to find out what the charge was for and were told we broke the couch, two tables and screen doors. The only thing we actually did was sit on a porch swing that fell because it was hung poorly.

Five little bears cabin in gatlinburg…

Five little bears cabin in gatlinburg tennessee. Awful experience. Cabin need renovations interior and exterior. Furniture outdated, stained and dirty. TV cable didn't work. Bed comforters stained. Bathroom rugs stained,gray-black. 2 games in game room and they were outdated.. This was my first and last cabin rental. Definitely not worth all the money I paid.

BEDBUGS BEWARE AT BIG TIMBER CABIN. Husband spoke to josh who seemed profesional said we would get a call back a week passed so we had to call back only to be told nothing could be done we weren't expecting a full refund just the night we didn't stay. They said they found nothing when clear picture proves we found bugs. Blood stain on old pull out sofa bed. Nails sticking out on top step leading to basement,stained pillow cases,a bed supported by plastic understorage tote, old beds,outdated electric stove that one takes forever to get hot. needs a lot of work. steps leading to door dangerous.

2 bedroom

2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bed Golf View Blvd.... The WiFi was horrible, water leaking onto the deck from the hot tub, the hot tub lights were broke, light fixtures were broken in the upstairs bedroom, we killed 3 wasps on 3 different days, during our stay, buttons broken on the jacuzzi bathtub, carpet soaking wet in the hot tub room, broken screens and windows with NO screens at all, leaking ceiling from maybe a broken pipe, on the bottom floor, all darts to the dart game were broken, broken / chipped dishes, someone cut up / sliced up the kitchen counter, dirty dishes and pans, furniture worn and needs to be replaced, the cabin was old and needs to all be upgraded and RE-DONE!!! Low water pressure and no hot water, after one person takes a bath or a shower. We haven’t taken a vacation since December 2019 and THIS is our first getaway and the cabin was old, rundown and not comfortable to stay in!! My kids are virtual learning and they constantly got kicked off the WiFi because the reception was so terrible!!! We stayed at “It’s A Wonderful Life”, but it was NOT A Wonderful Life at all!!!!!
It rained most of our trip, so the LEAST we wanted was to have a nice comfortable cabin to stay in and play family games.

We recently rented the Home Tweet Home…

We recently rented the Home Tweet Home cabin from them in Pigeon Forge, TN. The cabin itself was decorated very cute, very spacious, offered nice amenities. What we didn't appreciate was the customer service. It was AWFUL! We were supposed to have a hot tub on the deck, of which didn't work and they said since its an amenity they are not required to fix it. When we called them, they did send someone out 4 hours later. We also had outlets that didn't work, a lamp that was broken and a very clogged sink that they didn't fix. Once again, very disappointing. Then our water got shut off and we had no running water. Come to find out, they had sold that cabin and it was taking over new ownership and we were never told, hence they didn't care if they fixed stuff or not. They took forever to call us back on things and were rude when they did. NOTHING ever got fixed, including the hot tub and have not made it right yet. DO NOT rent from them.

We booked KEY BLUFF for five night…

We booked KEY BLUFF for five night starting 1-24-21 and left 1-29-21..The house was nice and had a nice view on clear days..Inside the cabin was clean and fresh..everything as described..Our problems were it took 30 minutes to figure out the WIFI do to 3 routers hooked up as one..The mattresses were average at best..The HOT TUB had globs of hair floating in the water and there was trash spread around the entire property ..Lots of trash all around the cans like an animal tore through it a month or two earlier..Disappointing to say the least..The office sent someone to pick up trash the next day and offered a coupon or partial refund but never gave either one. I took pictures of all of these issues..

They left us stranded in 19 degree weather

They left us stranded! After driving 8 hours and arriving at check in time we were told our cabin was “unavailable”. Speaking to Josh I asked what were we supposed to do. He responded not his problem. He was rude, belligerent and offered no options for us. It was 19degrees outside we had our small dogs and no place to stay for our week long vacation. Day after Christmas nothing available. After more than two hours we found a hotel an hour from Pigeon Forge. I have never experienced such rudeness and lack of customer care. If the owners of the cabin (assuming there really was a cabin) knew how they treated guests they would move their business! Don’t trust these people! They take your money early in the process and leave you stranded with no accommodations.

Buyer Beware

What was advertised is not what we got. Forced to clean yard and house or stay week in filth. Infestation with fleas and piles of trash in yard.
The cabin was filthy. We had dirty dishes in the cabinet and caked on food on the serving spoons and spatula. The bath tub actually had a ring of grime. There were fleas in one of the bedrooms, so we assume this was from the previous stay. We were told it had a big screen TV with easy access for your daughters movie player. This translated into a maybe 35" inch TV from 2000, that requires some major magic to get the HDMI in. The grill still had left over food on it and the front yard had a bag of random trash spread all over it.. We called to alert someone that this state of this property was so poor and could not get any assistance. We wound up spending a day of our vacation cleaning the house and picking up trash so our daughter wouldn't have to spend her time in filth. The house was also not "secluded" as promised. We had to listen to birthday parties and what may have been a drunk brawl one night with loud banging and sounds of something heavy being crashed with cheers. We also never got nor could get our promised discount discount coupons (A selling factor on this cabin)

I got here and there was no power for a hour. I called the emergency line and they said someone would be on their way. Well 20 mins after the call they called me to see if the power was on. It had popped back on without anyone coming to check. Then there was NO WIFI!! What place doesn’t offer FREE wifi??!! You had to pay $3.99 for a hour🤨.. NEXT the tub upstairs stared leaking water down stairs!!! After all this I’m done and cut my trip a day almost 2 days short. They will never have to worry about me again!!! PLEASE READ REVIEWS

If I could do 0 stars I would worst

If I could do 0 stars I would worst experience in my life whenever me and my family left there cabin they tried to lie and say we broke a lamp and took 300 dollars from my account and when I asked for pictures of the so called damages I kept getting excuses oh the maid has the pictures well they never sent me the pictures lucky for me my bank gave me my money back and made them pay my bank back!!!

Even if everything worked properly you would still get a bad review because of how dirty the cabin was when we got there despite the 'cleaning fee' you got paid.

We came to beautiful Gatlinburg to have…

We came to beautiful Gatlinburg to have amazing friends together. There were 27 of us, of which 13 were children. We rented this cabin for the pool, 2 hot tubes, and game room for the kids. All of which were broke and did not work. On the first floor the washer was broken, no electricity on the main side of the kitchen, the water in downstairs indoor jacuzzi tub would not shut off completely(the kids used it once because they were so disappointed that the outdoor hot tubes were broken) the pull out couch was completely broken. On the second floor, the air hockey table did not blow enough air to play the game, the Foos ball table men were broken, so you couldn’t play that either, and the elevator was also not working, and outside of the cabin had trash all around it. I called the property 8 times during our 4 day stay and NEVER received 1 call back, they just kept telling me “Someone” would call us back. On the day we left, maintenance pulled in our driveway and then backed out, waiting for us to leave. We had to venture out and spend more money. We still had fun considering the amazing group of people we were with, but a few days after leaving the cabin, a few of us broke out with bites all over our bodies that itched like CRAZY. I had to go to the doctor because of this. The doctor said I was allergic to the bed bug bites I had all over me. Once again I called and asked to speak to the manager Josh, to let him know that I think our cabin had bud bugs. He said he would call me back, I never heard back from him. I called back 2 days later and his exact words were,” We didn’t see anything.” I never got even got an apology for all the things wrong with the cabin or the bed bugs that came along with it. Colonial properties should be ashamed of their selves. They know absolutely nothing about customer service and they are using false advertisement with the amenities that were supposed to be in this cabin. I never received any money back or any sort of compensation for the lack of this cabin or the sickness that I got after staying there. I can’t believe people treat people this way!!! It’s really sad! I hope somebody else read this so they don’t go through the same thing!

Had a great time at Oak Tree Lodge

Had a great time at Oak Tree Lodge! We had the cutest visitor come see us, a baby raccoon. Everyone at the office was awesome and it was super convenient being able to go straight to the cabin without sitting at an office to check in. Definitely using them again!

We rented Serenity Sanctuary for a…

We rented Serenity Sanctuary for a church gathering. WOW!!! This was amazing! The home looked so well kept, clean and inviting. Office staff kept checking on us to see if we needed anything, even wished us a safe trip home. Everyone was so nice and the property was beautiful!

Rented a Barefoot By The River cabin early Oct. Location was beautiful. and the cabin was nice, but it seems that this rental agency cares more about the money they're making instead of pleasing the patrons. The fireplace was not working. I called them and they gave me excuses. A coffee machine was available, but there were no filters. The #12 ball on the billiard table was missing pieces of the outer layer, making it jump instead of rolling smoothly.The heart shaped tub in the bathroom was beautiful, but the hot water heater couldn't supply the demand needed for the tub. One small tube of body wash wasn't sufficient for a couple staying 3 days. The cleaning crew failed to notice the bee hive in the rear porch by the hot tub, along with the spider webs. Except for the hot water heater, the aforementioned costs very little. No one should expect this if you're paying $300 a night. I was disappointed.
