Amazing service!! I purchased a pair of Bronx boots, couldn't get my size in UK and they were £100 more expensive to buy in UK!! Even paying postage they still worked out £85 less! Also, great choice... Ver mais

There returnnpolicy is unacceptable for individuals outside of Europw

I ordered the correct size of shoes, however the shoes run larger than the new balance I based the size off of. They asked me to return the shoes for a refund and then re-order the correct size, and I am responsible for the cost of shipping the shoes back from the US. The shoes cost $120.00 to ship the shoes it will cost me $227.00. They are unwilling to help in anyway. How is this acceptable. I will not shop with this company again and will also spread my story and their unwillingness to have the slightest bit of compassion. I was going to not only re-order the shoes in the correct size but also shoes for myself and 3 children. The reply I recieved from the customer service was unapologetic and cold. Will be active on social media about this company. I am disabled veteran and have ample time ton make sure as many people know as possible.

Shoes are very cute

Shoes are very cute. Need to be careful with EU size and US size. It got here fast. Packing was broken but the shoes were in good condition.

Banging

Saw some very bad reviews but also some quite positive ones. Personally, a Sandqvist bag I had my eye on was on offer (full price everywhere else), and I ordered it to the UK. It turned up less than a week later and I didn't have to pay customs so – score!
