Liz at Sofology Cannock was amazing. She was friendly, attentive, gave us honest advice and spent two sessions in store going through everything with us. We couldn’t have asked for more from Liz, she was absolutely spot on and we would highly recommend going to have a chat with her to talk through and decide on the best options for your situation and lifestyle. Sales Assistant was very approachable, very knowledgeable and not pushy, explained all our options with the suite we had chosen, great staff, great showroom, very pleased with the price and guaranteed before Christmas delivery

Liz- exceptional customer service
Liz showed us exceptional customer service. She was helpful and friendly and looked after us well from start to finish. We looked elsewhere, but came back to store to buy specifically from Liz.

Great shopping experience
Had a great shopping experience in Sofolgy at Cannock today. Spoke with Kimberly who was very informative and really kind. She was the sort of person I needed when ordering and explained everything and answered all my questions. Not once did I feel pushed into anything or made to feel rushed. Thank you Kim you have been wonderful 🙂
