The lady that spoke to us gave us time to look around and waited until we came to her. She explained everything fully and asked if we had any questions. She was also very polite.

Sofology is #1
Sofology is far superior to its counterparts having no sales commission which in turn drives natural customer service instead of pushy salesmen in competitor stores. Their quality of furniture is also of high standard and the range of choice is vast! Always happy to shop here!

All members of staff polite and happy to answer any questions(especially Vicky) . Chose and ordered sofa and chairs last week and then been back with carpet samples this week and staff more than happy for me to do this.

Great service
From the minute we walked into the store, we felt that we could take our time and not rushing. The salesman was friendly and very knowledgable about the products and left us to make our choices. Highly recommended.
