Andy greet in the store, telling me take your time don't be rushed if you need any assistance call me or my colleagues were all here to help. When found sofa I seen on line and decided to buy. I went looking My sofology salesman Andy... He was absolutely great, no pushing for the sale nor to buy extra care insurance and product. We had a gab absolutely great honestly. Explained EVERYTHING several time may I add... Andy is a credit to your store.

Was allowed to look around without getting hassled.Colour swatches at every display and board with what items size and configuration was.Lady who served me was polite and very helpful. All round good experience. looking forward to getting my new furniture

Was nice and relaxed, able to browse without salespeople following our every move.
When we were ready to make purchase staff were brilliant - discussed options etc., with no pressure.

Great selection of sofas
A very good selection of sofas and fabrics, we bought the Valentina sofa & loveseat. We visited when the store was quiet and had a great look round, sitting on every sofa till we made the final choice. The lady who helped us was called Nina and she was delightful, so patient and kind

We have had a wonderful experience with the Paisley team. After the brilliant experience I have had with my Gabriella sofa 5 years ago, I knew we needed to visit Sofology for our next sofa. Kevin helped show us round on our first visit, and put us at ease.
Andrea and Brian were very helpful, helped simulate what our living room would look like to envision our room with the sofa, to ensure we were happy with our decision. Very customer focused, friendly, and no-pressure styles by all. Definitely helped confirm our decision and choice of sofa.
