Justine Kennedy, the sales person who dealt with us was today, was so very helpful. Explaining how the configuration of the suites worked. Which we had no idea about. It was such a big help.

Lean was extremely helpful, clearly explaining the features of the sofas and the various options available. She was patient and thorough, guiding us through every step—from selecting the right options to completing the finance application. Thank you, Lean, for such excellent service.

I ordered a lovely sofa and was assisted by Will. I felt I was given really good advice. All stages - from start to finish- were very clearly explained. Will also helped to sort out the finance side. I really appreciated the time, space and freedom I was given to look around, ask questions and make the decision. I never felt pushed or pressured into making purchase decision on the spot. Will made the experience pleasant and stress free. I would definitely recommend and visit the store again.

The in-store representative, (Happy at Old Trafford) was very knowledgable and attentive to our requirements. He took his time to discuss options with me and was very patient with my grumpy husband.
