Terrible service
Terrible service. Told us the sofa would be delivered in 12 weeks. Had to chase sofology after 12 weeks to be told delivery would be another 5 weeks. No one contacted us to tell us this. We have had to chase. Not good enough. The only solution they could offer was if we wanted to cancel?? We already waited 12 weeks!! Could not even offer to reimburse the delivery cost! Very unhelpful service! 1st and only time ordering with sofology! Will go back to trusted DFS in future.

Sammi was polite, professional and very friendly! We loved discussing the different sofa options with her and appreciated her extensive knowledge on the sizes, colours and materials on offer.

Great sofa's, great staff
Junior is somebody I would want to help me out whenever I make a big purchase, great knowledge on colour, material, size, lighting and positioning, let me move around the cushions and borrow some from other sofas. He was very cheerful, easy to understand and a nice person to review sofas with. Highly recommend.

Great service - Very helpful staff and friendly staff
Very helpful staff and good service. All very knowledgeable and happy to give you time to think about your purchase. Very friendly and buying the sofa bed was a very pleasant experience.

Nip was such a great help in store
Nip was such a great help in store! Didn’t beat around the bush, just helped us find the sofa we wanted. Not pushy, just there to answer questions and not coerce. Honest pricing too. Now to wait for the sofa to actually arrive!
