I went to the Preston showroom and Mo helped me with my purchase. Originally I was going to order it online but I’m very glad I didn’t because being able to talk to Mo helped me understand what my choices were.
He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I got the best deal for me.
I look forward to writing a review when the sofa has been delivered.

What a fantastic shopping experience from start to finish. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, from floor staff to management! They go above and beyond. My husband and I felt relaxed throughout, we had a lovely coffee too! There is also a great balance in store between being helpful and leaving you to make decisions.

Sold to us by Amanda who was such a helpful easy going member of staff. She made the purchase feel like the right one.

We spent over £6,000 on two sofas and had a confirmed delivery booked for 13 December.

On the day of delivery, the driver phoned to say they were at our old address, not our current one — despite us booking and confirming delivery to the correct address. When I contacted Sofology, both the delivery driver and customer service agent told me this is a known system issue when customers have ordered from Sofology in the past.

As a result, the delivery was cancelled and we were told the next available slot may not be until next week or even the week after.

Because we were preparing for the confirmed delivery, we had already disposed of our old sofa. We now have no seating at all, and it is very likely we will be without a sofa over Christmas due to an error entirely on Sofology’s side.

Customer care acknowledged the issue but offered no meaningful solution beyond rebooking, stating there was “nothing else they could do.”

For a premium-priced retailer, this level of service failure — and the lack of urgency in resolving it — is unacceptable. A formal complaint has been submitted, but at this stage I would caution others to think carefully before ordering if delivery reliability matters.
