Excellent customer service
The customer service shown in this store was outstanding. A friendly welcome into the store but without feeling pounced on. Lloyd helped me and he very friendly, polite and beyond helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products and didn’t rush me at all. Showed me all the features of the sofa and let me have time to make myself comfortable and play around with all the controls. He checked in on us and explained everything thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend this store and will definitely be going back when it comes to buying another sofa! Thank you so much!!

Friendly service

Lovely store

One of the best place to find good quality sofas in UK, We recently visited the Rugby store to book sofas for our new home. The staff is great who helped us identify best sofas for our comfort and guide us through all details and booking process.
