Sofology - Stoke-on-Trent Opiniões 

From the minute you walk into Sofology in Stoke you feel “looked after”. Our Sales assistant, Sandra, listened to our needs and took us directly to 3 sets of products that would suit us. She was fantastic. During the purchase conversation Sandra left no stone unturned when it came to helping us with decision making (colours!) and explaining what we can expect from delivery day and warranty. A fantastic customer service experience! Thank you Sandra.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service from Josh, Ash and Sam. We didn't feel pressured at any time. We tried out a lot of sofas, many times to find the right one. Didn't make a decision straight away and went back a second time to still great service.

Greeted as we went in. Given time to wander and choose. Then spoke to Ash who was very polite and helpful. Ordered and now just waiting for delivery..

both Ash and Jen(training) were very helpful, professional and friendly. I was approached by Jen on my first visit to Sofology on the Monday, she told me she was new and training but she was very helpful and got any information I required on the furniture, I was interested in purchasing. She also provided me with a costing for them.
My hubby and I then went back 4 days later and put the order in, with both Jen and Ash. We were made to feel welcome and everything was explained.

The sales women was extremely helpful. She did not rush or pressure us into buying the sofa's and the only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 was that our old address was in their system and she could not change the delivery address to our new one so we had to use my e-mail instead of the wife's(BOSS) which took us an extra 30 mins to sort out. This is a slant on the IT system and not the sales lady

Ashley at the Stoke-on-Trent store was incredibly helpful. He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. His support made the experience much more enjoyable. Excellent customer service!

Store is clean and well presented . All staff spoke pleasantly as we passed them but importantly for us they weren’t overbearing or pushy. We initially spoke to Vicky who was friendly and knowledgeable; we advised her we were looking at one in the store and comparing it with one in another store and she told us to absolutely do that - she emphasised how important it was to get it right and to go upstairs, sit on it (and lie on it); she even told us to get cushions off another sofa to try if we wanted. She didn’t follow us and push for a sale though but merely asked us after how it was and told us to go and then come back which we obviously did. Clearly it has to be the right sofa but the staff being so helpful without being in your face was great. Vicky is a great ambassador for your store!

I had a brilliant experience with the customer service at Sofology. The team were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and happy to help from start to finish. Nothing felt rushed, and they took the time to answer all my questions properly. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service – I’d happily recommend them to anyone.
